for chamber ensemble

Bend All Your Notes for Me A glitch is a fault, a mistake, an error, an unwanted transition. A glitch suggests that a device cannot complete its functions or perform them properly. It is a break in the event, a sign that something went wrong while you were doing something else. It is regarded as something to be avoided, and removed. I wanted to build a structure for this piece that introduced glitches. The glitches interrupt and infest the overall structure, they hack the pulse, the pitch and the instrumentation. The glitches themselves become the event, rather than the break in the event. Where it is indicated to flatten pitch and add noise, please feel free to experiment. I have made some suggestions in the score, but another technique might work more effectively.
