MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT 1. Cleaning and preparation of Saulong Park for Saulong Day Celebration. 2. Cleaning, grass cutting in preparation for AACUP Accreditation on March 1-4, 2011. 3. Cleaning and hauling in preparation for RAATI Tactical Inspection on February 17, 2011. 4. Hauling of chairs and tables for Graduation Ball. 5. Preparation of the Baccalaureate and 59th Annual Graduation 2011. 6. Hauling of chairs/ installation of bantings; hauling of garbage during Job Fair. 7. Preparation for the Alumni Homecoming 8. Hauling of table; installation of tarpaulin; preparation of stage and hauling of garbage in Earth Hour 2011 Program. 9. Assist in the Foundation Day Celebration. 10. Hauling of billboard; installation of streamers and tarpaulin in SUC ACAP Biennial Convention in PCC. 11. Hauling of tables, chairs and electric fan and returning during the Enrolment Day. 12. Cleaning and grass cutting in the preparation for the Institutional Accreditation. 13. Hauling of billboards and installation f streamers for the CHED-PASUC National Forum. 14. Posting of streamers and tarpaulin for Fisheries Research Forum on September 22-23, 2011. 15. Clearing of uprooted trees, cleaning of street after the Typhoon Pedring and Quiel. 16. Assist in the preparation for the Maejo University Presentation. 17. Hauling of chairs for the Mid Year Enrolment Day. 18. Hauling of chairs for the Mid Year Graduation Ball on November 21, 2011. 19. Preparation of Graduation Site; hauling of chairs/ installation of bantings; beautification and watering of Graduation Site Surroundings for the Mid Year Commencement Exercises 2011. I. BUILDING UPKEEPING/ BEAUTFICATION AND MAINTENANCE: (Daily Activities) a. Administration b. PPSDO Building c. Multi-Purpose Gym including their premises. CAMPUS ROADS/ ROADSIDE GUTTERS AND ROAD PATH WALKS MAINTENANCE: - (Daily Activities) Road Sweeping. a. Main gate/ Academic and execution roads including roadside gutters and path walks cleaned and maintenance.

DRAINAGE CANALS MAINTENANCE: (Daily Activity) a. Performed desilting/ clearing and maintenance of open canals and concrete culvert drainage canals of the campus such as: WRMC outlet/ Out University/ along Milbuen St. from CEN to Open University/ CEN to CBAA/ CBAA to CAS Annex/ back of IGS/ between PAO and Ladies Dorm #2 to Alumni Hall/ Ladies Dorm #3 to Vizmonte s Cottage outlet/ University Canteen to RSTC and Tennis Court/ Main Gate canal going to bleacher/ Ladies Dorm #3 outlet back of Ladies Dorm #7/ Engr. Panuyas Cottage to Alumni Building/ PPSDO to Post Office/ FPC going to Tissue Culture from junction to FPC to PCC outlet/ CAS main to VBA and roadside canal going to Deep Well. NURSERY KEEPING/ LAWNS/ PARKS/ LANDSCAPE AREAS AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE: (Daily Activities) a. Upkeep and maintenance all fruit bearing/ forest trees and different ornamental plants planted along roadsides including areas of the campus. b. Performed upkeeping and maintenance of University Retirees/ Rizal and Children s Park/ Old Graduation Site/ Main Gate/ USF Head Quarters lawns and their surroundings. c. Upkeep and maintenance of PPSDO Plant Nursery and performed propagation of different perfumery/ ornamental plant cuttings and different fruit bearing/ forest tree seedlings therein for multiplication/ reproduction purpose. d. Watering of duranta s and mangoosteen trees along the streets inside the campus. GARBAGE COLLECTION AND ITS PROPER DISPOSAL: (Daily Activities) a. Performed collection/ hauling and dumping of garbage s taken from different student dormitories/ Faculty and Staff cottages/ Apartment/ Trailer House/ University Marketing Center/ Old market/ Consumers Cooperative/ various offices/ tricycle sheds/ waiting sheds/ different Colleges/ Academic Buildings and in campus grounds and dumping site. b. RM-CARES assisted in hauling/ dumping including segregation of biodegradable and nonbiodegradable waste material to be converted into an organic fertilizers to RM-Cares dumping site. TERMITES PEST CONROL AND PRVENTION PROGRAM: a. Termite s mounds/ hill levelled in campus grounds/ lawns/ park s including a per request to prevent from infestation of termites within the campus reservation. OTHER DUTIES/ ACTIVITIES AND AS PER REQUEST OR UNPROGRAMMED WORKS: a. Performed clerical/ office and messengerial works including office maintenance. b. Different equipment machineries needed/ used by the section in daily operation overhauled/ repaired and maintained including as per request by the other units/ colleges, etc as part of our extension services program of the units. c. Welding works preformed on broken parts and fabrication of tools/ materials needed in daily operation including as per request. d. Performed the installation and retrieval of streamers/ billboards/ bunting as per instruction of the PPSDO Director as request. e. Upkeep and maintenance of University Lagoon surroundings/ gutters and road both sides. f. Filing of dried leaves at the Graduation Site, Bidani Site, CHSI, BPS Elementary Lab, Green House (RET)
