Pythagoras The Hilti PD 30/32 features a Pythagoras function that allows measurements to be taken from inaccessible objects in seconds. For example: heights of buildings.

* The measuring accuracy is affected by (1.5 mm + 20 ppm)/(1/16+20 ppm) due to atmospheric conditions. This affect is typically noticeable at distances> 100 m (>300 ft). **The maximum measuring range and laser visibility depends on the reflectivity of the target and the ambient light. When measuring to targets with low reflectivity use the PDA 50 target plate.

Applications

Portable Steel Reinforcement Detection System

Verification of reinforcement: locate rebar when plans are not at hand, for acceptance inspectations, before structural repair or change of loads on a structure. Verification of concrete cover over reinforcement: Obtain concrete cover information over large areas for acceptance inspections, before renovation, or for quality control. Avoiding rebar hits: Avoid cutting through critical reinforcement or costly rebar hits.

Diamond systems Hilti DD-B Series: The new line of core bits

Simply quicker for greater performance

Quicker Coring up to 70 percent faster than comparable core bits. Retipping of worn 35 to 250 mm diameter core bits in only 20 minutes with the unique Hilti change module. Stronger Laser-welded diamond segments ensure maximised joint quality for a 30 percent stronger hold than conventionally brazed segments. Cutting-edge manufacturing processes guarantee top quality and long life expectancy of each core bit.

The more reinforcement in concrete, the better the performance. The new Hilti DD-B series cut through rebars up to 70 percent faster.

Simple Quick connection ends (BI+ and BU) ensure a simple core bit change without the use of a tool, and optimise power transmission.

Power Due to the innovative diamond matrix, coring is amazingly quick and the life expectancy extremely long. Laser-welded diamond segments give you the assurance of top joint quality.

Flexible You can drill through many grades of reinforced concrete, marble, sandstone, natural stone and tiles using one core bit throughout.

Expansion anchor for use in cracked concrete with unique wedge design
ETA Concrete Tension zone Shock High Corrosion resistance corrosion resistance Fire Hilti Anchor resistance programme

Features High loading capacity Force-controlled expansion Suitable for tension zone Suitable for shock loading Fire prevention assessment Pre-assembled with nut and washer Cold formed High reliability The special expansion-sleeve of the Hilti HST ensures automatic follow-up expansion in cracks and, as a result, reliable anchoring in the tension zone of concrete. Intelligent coating Hilti stainless stud anchors (HSA-R, HST-R) are coated to prevent binding between bolt and segment, as well as between bolt and nut. This ensures that the anchor can be tightened and loosened without problems.
