PURPOSE The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners ability to discuss and evaluate the validity of a contract under Malaysian law. REQUIREMENT Discuss and evaluate the validity of contracts involving factors under S.14 of the Contracts Act 1950. Recommend the amendment that need to be done to Malaysian law related to these types of contracts.
