Why?
It is a foundation stone for the working of an organization. When ever a fresher joins an organization, it is the instructor trainee who explains the job to the fresher. Eg : IT INDUSTRY , PHARMA INDUSTRY etc

Duties
He/She gives instructions to the employees about the job they are required to do for the organization. Responsible for conducting training programs for employees. Formulates teaching outlines. Conducts lectures, workshops.

Skills Required
He/she must have a passion for teaching. He/she must have a passion for people. He/she must be a great listener, a life learner, great communicator. He/she must know how to connect with the employees. He/she must be adaptable flexible in nature .

Experience Required
He /she should be specialized in developing instructional software. He/she must have an experience of sales techniques, health & safety practices. He/she must be good at maintaining good public relations.
