This context provides a relevant framework for the rest of the assignment. The length of this section is appropriate. Only necessary and relevant information about the organisation was provided. The theory was applied effectively to the selected organisation. The arguments in this section were well motivated. Once again, the arguments were well substantiated. The idea of critiquing and expanding the Regenesys Integrated Management Model is a good example of metaanalysis. This argument could have been developed further by substantiating it with relevant literature. Areas that require improvement

Nedbank as a corporate citizen

The Regenesys Integrated Management Model could have been used more rigorously to analyse Nedbank. For example, the way in which individuals, teams and the organisation develop PQ, EQ, SQ, IQ and especially GQ at Nedbank could have been critically analysed. The impact of these intelligences on teams and the way in which they promote GQ in particular could have been examined in greater depth. Assertions that may seem contradictory should be examined in more detail. For example, link the CEOs comment about Nedbank Group strives to be a leader in sustainability, not for competitive

advantage, but because it makes sound business and moral sense with Nedbanks strategic marketing strategy and the triple bottom line argument. Explain possible contradictions. Conclusion The conclusion is an excellent example of how the key points covered in the assignment are well summarised. Moreover, it is a good conclusion because no new points were raised and only key issues were reiterated. The assignment referred to an impressive number of sources. Excellent. The sources were referenced properly and consistently throughout the assignment. There is no evidence of plagiarism. The reference page is excellent in that the sources are referenced properly. The assignment is well structured and the content flows logically. The headings and paragraphs flow in logical order. This is an excellent and well researched assignment. The writing style is commendable in that complex issues are explained in a simple way by creating clear sentences that enable the reader to understand intricate concepts and arguments easily. There is evidence of metaanalysis in that the analytical model/framework was critiqued. This skill is especially important to develop at a postgraduate level. A critical success factor of the assignment is that the assignment brief was addressed by answering the questions thoroughly.

The critical analysis could have been deepened even further, by justifying the points in greater depth. Credible sources and relevant examples should be used to defend the arguments. Another way to deepen the analysis is to examine both strengths and areas of improvement in the organisation. Even though it is evident that the organisation in the assignment is an exemplary example of environmental sustainability, there are still challenges that need to be addressed. The application of an analytical tool such as the Regenesys Integrated Management Model could have assisted in identifying specific strengths and areas of improvement.
