Warnings
Operating procedures, practices, etc., which my result in personal injury or loss of life in not carefully followed

Caution
Operating procedure, practices, etc., which if not strictly observed my result in damage to equipment

Section 2
Normal Procedures
Introduction Preflight Starting, taxi, takeoff climb, cruise, decent, before landing, after landing, stopping engines checks Systems Checks and operation Annunciator Panel and System Warning Lights

Section 2
Oxygen System Operations in Icing Conditions Preflight Checks Flight in Icing Conditions (visible moisture and OAT below +5c Departing Icing Conditions Configuration Deviation List (CDL)
FlightSafety Aircraft Flight Manual 10

Section 2
Switches and controls have been arranged to enhance single pilot operation. Expanded procedures are prepared accordingly. The same procedures, in the same sequence, apply during operation by two pilots. Careful coordination by two pilots is required
FlightSafety Aircraft Flight Manual 11

Emergency Procedures

Section 3

Order of the most serious fires Immediate Action are in BOLD CAPITAL letters Remaining steps (clean up) follow

NOTE Overcoming emergencies successfully depends upon the pilots sound judgement thorough knowledge of the aircraft systems and equipment
FlightSafety Aircraft Flight Manual 12

Section 3
In case of emergency:
1. Maintain aircraft control 2. Analyze the situation. Then take proper action to correct it 3. If the difficulty has occurred during flight, land as soon as conditions permit

Section 3
Annunciator Panel
Page 3-2 an 3-3 list the Light Illuminated and what it indicates Page 3-4 begins the list of emergency procedures You must commit the bold type to memory prior to the first flight in the simulator

Section 3A
Abnormal Procedures
page 3A-1 and 3A-2 list annunciator panel lights Procedures identified by an asterisk are those recommended to be accomplished by a copilot Page 3A-3 begins the abnormal procedures

Performance 4
This section is separated into parts A through I

FlightSafety

Aircraft Flight Manual 17

Part A Introduction
Sub-divided into tabbed parts in order to assist the operator in solving his performance problems. B Standard reference data C,D,and E Takeoff performance dated in three parts by power setting F enroute climb performance H ice effects on performance
FlightSafety Aircraft Flight Manual 18

Part A Introduction
4A-2 specifies Operating weight limitations for Section 1 4A-3 Maximum landing weight may not exceed the lower of those listed Definitions are found on pages 4A-4 and 5 Technique recommend for flying this aircraft are also found in this section

Part C Takeoff (Dry, Bleed Air ON)

Power Check Chart (see if your engine is good Maximum takeoff weight limitation Takeoff speed Accelerate Stop Single engine distance to 1000 feet (only) Two engine to 50 foot height Two engine rate of climb at V50
FlightSafety

(Define V50 and why I care about it)

Aircraft Flight Manual 21

Part D Takeoff (Dry, Bleed Air OFF)

Notice in 4A there are 7 charts and in this sub-section there are 19 charts Second segment climb gradient Close in Obstacle clearance Third segment climb gradient Distant obstacle clearance
FlightSafety Aircraft Flight Manual 22

Part E Takeoff (Wet, Bleed Air must be OFF)

Allows for more shaft horsepower available for hot day and or high altitude takeoffs Remember when using water the bleed switches must be turned off, even though there is an automatic shutoff in the water system

FlightSafety

Aircraft Flight Manual 23

Part F Enroute Climb

Single Engine Best Rate of Climb
This also gives Vyse again

Single Engine Service Ceiling Two Engine Best Rate of Climb

Best climb speeds for different weights and altitudes are presented here bleeds on and off
