Order Granting Motion to Consolidate Trials On Attorneys' Fees The Court considered Defendant Rapid Settlements, Ltd. n/k/a Liquidating

Marketing, Ltd. (" Rapid" ) motion to consolidate the trials on attorneys' fees sought by Plaintiff Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Settlement Funding (" Peachtree" ) in Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Settlement Funding v. Rapid Settlements, Ltd., no. 2006-23366-A (the " Maxw ell case" ) and in Simmie Bernard King and Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Settlement Funding v. Rapid Settlements, Ltd. and RSL Funding, LLC, no. 2006-23366-B (the " King case" ). Having considered the motion, Plaintiff' s response, and the arguments of counsel, the Court finds that the motion has merit and should be granted. It is accordingly ORDERED that Defendant Rapid Settlements, Ltd.' s n/k/a Liquidating Marketing, Ltd. (" Rapid" ) motion to consolidate t he t rials on attorneys' fees sought by Plaintiff Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Sett lement Funding (" Peachtree" ) in Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Set tlement Funding v. Rapid Settlements, Ltd., no. 2006-23366-A (the " Maxw ell case" ) and in Simmie Bernard King and Settlement Funding, LLC d/b/a Peachtree Settlement Funding v. Rapid Settlements, Ltd. and RSL Funding, LLC, no. 2006-23366-B (the " King case" ) is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that the trial on attorneys' fees in the Maxw ell case and the King case shall be rescheduled. SIGNED the _____ day of March, 2012.
