6.

1 OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
The primary objective of the survey conducted was to mainly check the Customer satisfaction, various problems they face while working with Greaves (e.g. Delivery problems) also find the loop holes in the functioning of the company i.e. mainly regarding the after sales service offered to the customers & assess the Quality (Performance) of Greaves products.

6.2 ASSUMPTIONS
The assumptions made during the course of this project are as follows : The information provided by the person contacted in each company provides information to the best of his knowledge & is not having a bias towards any other companies equipments. The sample taken will represent the characteristics of the entire population. It is believed that the customers will highlight only the genuine problems faced by them.

6.3 LIMITATIONS
There are also some limitations of this project, which must be kept in mind, they are as follows: If the product is purchased long time back than the customer might not be aware of some of the questions in the Questionnaire. While carrying out the survey some of the customers were reluctant to give the information because they were not ready to spend much time for giving the data.
