MARS CHOCOLATE NORTH AMERICA, LLC SNICKERS ICE CREAM CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. CONTEST BEGINS AT 12:00:00 PM (NOON) ET ON JULY 19, 2012 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM ET ON AUGUST 9, 2012 (ENTRY PERIOD). 1. HOW TO ENTER: A Tweet announcing this SNICKERS Ice Cream Contest (Contest) will be posted via the SNICKERS Ice Cream Twitter handle (the Contest Tweet) at approximately 12:00:00 PM (Noon) ET on July 19, 2012. To enter, respond to the Contest Tweet with a single re-Tweet describing how you would share a truck-load (approximately 1,000) of SNICKERS Ice Cream Bars (Entry Tweet). (A Twitter account is needed to enter. You may obtain a Twitter account at no cost at www.twitter.com .) Each Entry Tweet must comply with Rule 2, must be reasonably comprehensible (as determined by the Judge) and comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to use of Twitter.com. ENTRY LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/TWITTER ACCOUNT PER CALENDAR DAY (ET). If you access Twitter and/or send and receive Tweets via a mobile device, message and data rates may apply (contact your mobile service provider for pricing and other details). ALL ENTRY TWEETS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM ET ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 9, 2012. Each entrant may use only one (1) Twitter account to enter this Contest and the same Twitter account may not be used by more than one (1) entrant. Each Entry Tweet will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person assigned the Twitter account associated with the Entry Tweet. If any entrant uses more than one Twitter account to enter or if more than one entrant uses the same Twitter account to enter, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all Entry Tweets associated with the entrant(s) and Twitter account(s) involved and to declare all prize(s) associated with such Entry Tweets forfeited. 2. ENTRY TWEET & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: An Entry Tweet (i) must be 140 characters or fewer; (ii) may not have been previously published or won any other prize/award, (iii) must be the exclusive original work of the entrant, (iv) must be in keeping with the Sponsors image, (v) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful or plagiarized, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, (vi) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, as determined by the Judge in its sole discretion, (vii) may not violate or encourage others to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, (viii) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any persons personal, property or other third party right, (ix) may not contain commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names and slogans, other than those relating to the SNICKERS Ice Cream Brand and (x) may not include any virus, worm, corrupt file, Trojan horse or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or

-2compromise the proper conduct of the Contest. By submitting an Entry Tweet, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), transferable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import his/her Entry Tweet in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without further approval by or payment to entrant. By submitting an Entry Tweet, each entrant represents that: (a) he/she has the unrestricted right to submit the Entry Tweet, (b) he/she has complied with terms and conditions associated with use of a Twitter account and the Twitter websites, (c) ) he/she has complied with terms and conditions of these Official Rules; and (d) the Entry Tweet does not infringe on any third partys proprietary or other right. 3. ENTRY TWEET JUDGING: The Judge will judge the Entry Tweets based on the Judging Criteria in Rule 4 (below) using a point scale of one (1) to one hundred (100) points (the Entry Judging ). Prizes will be awarded to the three eligible Entry Tweets that receive the highest scores from the Judge. 4. JUDGING CRITERIA: For purposes of these Official Rules, the Judging Criteria are: (i) originality and creativity (up to 75 points); and (ii) feasibility of sharing the SNICKERS Ice Cream Bars as described in the Entry Tweet (up to 25 points). 5. PRIZES: Three (3) Prizes: each, one thousand (1,000) SNICKERS Ice Cream Bars. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500 each. Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,500. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible Entry Tweets). PRIZE LIMIT: ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/HOUSEHOLD. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value but no other substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and is not responsible for prize utility or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the responsibility solely of winners. 6. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to individual legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States & District of Columbia (excluding California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada and Tennessee) age of majority or older (age 21 in Mississippi, age 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and age 18 in all other states) as of July 18, 2012, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and the Judge and their respective affiliates, agents, judges and advertising/promotion agencies. 7. WINNER VERIFICATION & PRIZE DELIVERY: Winners will be notified, via Twitter Message at the Twitter account used to enter, on or about August 16, 2012. Each winner must respond to the winner notification Twitter Message (Winner Notification) by sending an email containing all information of the requested in the email to econn@webershandwick.com within five (5) business days after the date the Winner Notification was sent. Each winner will be required to complete, sign and have notarized an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release (Winner Affidavit). Any prize may be awarded to an alternate winner if Winner Notification or other communication is returned as undeliverable, if entrant

-3does not respond to Winner Notification within five (5) business days after the Winner Notification is sent or if the properly-completed Winner Affidavit is not received by the Judge within ten (10) business days after sending to winner. Each prize will be delivered at a date and time prior to December 31, 2012 and at a location determined by Sponsor after consultation with its winner. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award a prize as products and/or coupons redeemable for SNICKERS Ice Cream Bars. Each winner agrees to use of his/her name, address, likeness and/or prize information by or on behalf of Sponsor for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law. 8. GENERAL: This Contest is void: in California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada and Tennessee; outside the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia; and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and Judge are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed or misdirected Entry Tweets or other communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, mobile devices, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Entry Tweet materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Judge are not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's email or Twitter account to receive messages or for any action or inaction of Twitter, Inc., including but not limited to any action or inaction that affects the administration or proper conduct of the Contest. The use of automated software or computer programs to participate in the Contest is prohibited and any individual who uses, attempts to use or Sponsor suspects (in its sole discretion) of using such methods to participate will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system or mobile device resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsors control that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on the @SNICKERSICECRM Twitter page and all eligible, non-suspect Entry Tweets received prior to such time will be judged. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her Contest Entry Tweets) from this Contest (or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates) if he/she tampers with the Contest or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to correct errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Judge and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Contest. -4prize, each winner agrees to release Sponsor, the Judge, Twitter, Inc. and their respective directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
