Construction companies prefer projects that they can deliver to specification, on time and on budget, avoiding costly overruns. The overall whole life cost reduction was 4.5 per cent. Such savings dont, however, come at the expense of performance. Comfort and security are improved, flexibility and energy efficiency enhanced.
