RESOLUTION NO. 01 SERIES OF 2012 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD REGULAR ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CY 2012 IN THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY MILLION PESOS (Php30,000,000.00) WHEREAS, presented to the body is the proposed LSB Annual Budget for CY 2012 as prepared by Dr. Josephine L. Fadul, Schools Division Superintendent/ LSB Co-Chairman with a total amount of THIRTY MILLION PESOS (Php30,000,000.00) which amount was based on the certification

issued by OIC-City Treasurer, Kirk B. Samillano dated 14 November 2011, re: Estimated Income for CY 2012 in the amount of Php30,000,000.00 from the projected proceeds of Real Property Tax accruing to the Special Education Fund; WHEREAS, the Board thoroughly reviewed, scrutinized, discussed and evaluated every item reflected in the said proposal;

WHEREAS, forming part of this resolution are the budgetary items which were considered urgent and necessary for the operation and maintenance of public schools within the city and considered as priority items and concerns for LSB funding in accordance with Article 184 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Local Government Code of 1991 or Republic Act No. 7160; WHEREAS, on motion made by Kirk B. Samillano, unanimously seconded by all members present; NOW THEREFORE, Be it, as it is:
HEREBY RESOLVED TO APPROVE AS THIS BODY HEREBY APPROVES, the Annual Budget of the Local School Board for CY 2012 in the total amount of THIRTY MILLION

PESOS (P30,000,000.00).
