ABSTRACT
Asia Pacific Realty is a professional estate agency registered with Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Agents, located in Petaling Jaya, Damansara Area. They are dealing in property expansion and the opening of our new premises.
During the internship at Asia Pacific Realty I have been assigned for Multitasking, to handle set of account, office administration, and payroll and HR management. Even the position known as Assistant Administration Officer also have responsible to correspond with vendors, banks, lawyers and authorities on the sales purchase of real estate and to monitor the collection of professional fees.
The aims of the project are as follows: To assist in the operation of the directors Real Estate Business. To administration the overall operation in Asia Pacific Realty. To assist in the directors business & personal related matter. To assist in Information and data gathering for research activities. To meet the general responsibility requirements.

Asia Pacific Realty (APR), founded by Mr. Law Chien Yap, Principal, is a sole proprietorship, full services real estate agency located in Petaling Jaya. We are registered with The Board of Valuear, Appraisers and Estate Agents since September 2007. The company has been actively operational for the past years and we experienced an exponential growth during these years. Our number of negotiators has grown from five to twenty five now. This has led us into purchasing our own office unit at the end of 2009 and moved in the current office at the beginning of 2010. With our current facilities, we are expanding our negotiator force further and this will enhance our growth into the next level. Asia Pacific Realty, a professional estate agency registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, located in Petaling Jaya, Damansara Area. We are dealing in property selling and leasing for vendors in Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia. Real estate is a very interesting industry, it involves s the whole spectrum of human being, and no one is exception. One way or another, all of us are dealing with it every day, be it as a tenant, landlord, vendor, purchaser, leaser or leasor.

Asia Pacific Realty Company gives to me a great training during the internship for 5 months, and shows a step by step working process. First of all they explain the duties and various of tasks undertaken that I have to do for industrial training. My main Scope of work is I responsible for providing secretarial, administration and clerical support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operation. I have to assist the principal in the operation, administration and development of the business. Sometimes I also have to handle a spectrum of secretarial scope of work. Regularly and main thing I responsible is have to maintaining an effective business correspondence, report, filing, data and contacts management. Screening telephones call, enquires and request handling them when appropriate and perform other related to my duties as required. My main job is given is to administrate the overall operation of the Asia Pacific Realty and to assist in the operation of the directors Real Estate Business.
