Network Architecture and Redundancy


Verscom Managed Services run on our state of art, fully redundant, secure network architecture built in collocation facilities. All the elements from L2 to L5 within in the network are fully redundant and allow Verscom to offer five 9s availability to its clients. Verscom is connected to major Tier-1 internet backbones through redundant high speed connections and 100% uptime guarantee SLAs which is facilitated by a special intelligent route control technology, redundant routers, firewalls and L-2 switches. In addition to IP connectivity reliability, all packet switching, application and database elements are also fully redundant with 1+1 active standby cluster and/or load balancing mode. Where applicable each server in the architecture has a Raid Disk subsystem, redundant network adaptors and redundant power supplies.
