PREFACE

Practical study plays a vital role in the field of education. It has been introduced for the students to get practical knowledge with the theoretical knowledge, only bookish knowledge is not the right way of learning anything especially for the management students. Through visit, students can very well become aware about industrial environment problems like opportunities, different situations, etc. This helps the students for better understanding and also gives them a chance to show their skills and ability.

M.B.A. course is a special course, which prepares young entrepreneurs, & its very essential that they should have the basic knowledge about how the business can be started or which type of project is to be submitted to the banks and other financial institution for the purpose of loan.

One of the subjects namely Development of New Entrepreneur of Small Scale Business shop has covered this aspect with a view to create and develop entrepreneurial skill among the students.

It is a matter of great pleasure to present this report work. Working on this project has helped us to gain lots of practical knowledge which would surely benefit me.

INTRODUCTION

The development and importance of small scale business has increased immensely in this century. There is a great scope for expansion of small scale units because it requires less capital and at the same time more opportunities of development are available, the share of the small scale industry in the G.D.P. of the country is about 45 % this facts itself states the importance of the small scale industry in India with the growing population a large scale industry along will not be able to cope up with the demand of goods so, along with the large scale sector will also have to grow. Thus, we can say that the small scale business will have to play a vital role in Indians economic development.

Dharti No Cheror Ghar is very popular saying. Human being goes any where in the world their Ghar is the last point for them whether it is small or big new or old, they feel good, relax & peace of mind when they return to their home.

In this age of high price, it is very difficult to build our own home. Along with this, to keep it decent and clean are also very difficult task poor people expend money within their proper.

Rich people decorated their home with various costly and artistic items. But, coloring is very important than interior decoration. If color from the layer of wall, ceiling door is removed than interior deforesting cannot be of good quality and long lasting, they only for long time, our home is look attractive.

Various types of colors are available in the market but the most durable is Oil paint. Oil paint is made from chemical process, so it is very durable moreover oil paint is available in innumerable shades. So one can choose their selected and favorites colors.
