Male mice fed GM soy had damaged young sperm cells. Bacteria in your gut can take up DNA from GM food. The embryo offspring of GM soy-fed mice had altered DNA functioning. GM foods lead to significant organ disruptions in rats and mice, specifically the kidney, liver, heart and spleen. Several U.S. farmers reported sterility or fertility problems among pigs and cows fed on GM corn varieties. GM (specifically, Bt) corn caused a wide variety of immune responses in mice, commonly associated with diseases such as arthritis, Lou Gehrig's disease, osteoporosis, and inflammatory bowel disease. Investigators in India have documented fertility problems, abortions, premature births, and other serious health issues, including deaths, among buffaloes fed GM cottonseed products.

Why We MUST Insist on Mandatory Labeling of GM Foods Mandatory labeling may be the only way to stop the proliferation of genetically engineered foods in the U.S. but many U.S. states are actually passing legislation that protects the use of genetically engineered seeds and allows for unabated expansion! We urge you to continue learning more about GM foods and help your friends and family do so too. Your BEST strategy, however, is to simply buy USDA 100% Organic products whenever possible, (as these do not permit GM ingredients) or buy whole fresh produce and meat from local farmers. The majority of the GMO's you're exposed to are in processed foods, so by cooking from scratch with whole foods, you can be sure you're not inadvertently consuming something laced with GM ingredients. When you do purchase processed food, avoid products containing anything related to corn or soy that are not 100 percent organic, as any foods containing these two non-organic ingredients are virtually guaranteed to contain genetically engineered ingredients, as well as toxic herbicide residues.

On larger ships, there are places where you can go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight buffets plus the food is free. There is generally a room service menu that you can order from 24/7 and that food is free (you should tip the deliv-

ery person a couple dollars) but does not include all drinks. The ships provide coffee, tea, milk, juices, and drinks like lemonade and punch for free. BUT, you must pay for soft drinks (usually about $1.50) and all alcoholic beverages including beer and wine. There are places on ships to play cards and board games; and the cards and games are provided. If you want to just sit and read, theres a library where you can bring your books or select one from the shelf. Ships have internet cafes and some offer WIFI if you prefer to use your computer in your cabin (some ships offer notebooks for rent). Some people worry about getting sea sick, but the ships being used these days have automated stabilizers which minimize the rocking. The larger ships cut through the water so easy that you dont even feel like you are moving. When there is bad weather the cruise lines will steer around and away from it. Also, the ships generally move overnight and dock in the mornings so you dont feel much movement. Consequently, your chances of getting sea sick are minimal. There is generally less motion than on an airplane. If you do get sick, all ships have a doctor and they will dispense sea sick medicines. If you are prone to motion sickness, just get pills or a patch from your own doctor before you go, or go

It is important to note that while at times you may feel comfortable receiving more than you are ready to give, you should not do so. Once you leave the main part and go into the other two attached buildings there are all sorts of well decorated interesting lounges, small bars, play areas, as well as a fetish room and more. On your first visit you will most likely get lost because of all the different passage ways and interesting areas. Over the years the club has had its fair share of celebrities come through. Most are very low key and it is kept that way. Others not so. Hank William III talked about his times at the club in a magazine interview.
