Job Description
1. To plan various brand and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness and create response. 2. To track budget and monitor activities to ensure Marcom budget adherence. 3. Fair understanding of ATL, BTL, direct and digital marketing would be essential. 4. To execute activities within timelines. 5. To plan for Innovation in communication. 6. To plan, track and execute marketing communication to enhance brands preference in the market. 7. To reach out to every customer within the circle and make him/her aware and entice to take an action, in a highly competitive market scenario with new players entering the circle. 8. Develop Promotional Material like Visual Aid & Creative Marketing Inputs with clear understanding & Focus on Customer Needs. Develop & Review Brand Plan. 9. Develop Product Monograph & learning Module for sales team .Provide Training to the sales force and facilitate their understanding of Product Strategy in Cycle Meetings.

Desired Skills & Experience

The Incumbent should be an MBA. Strong analytical & problem solving skills

Creative & innovative thinking Good communication skills Sound knowledge of Brand communication / promotion, Brand visibility 5 - 9 years of experience.
