Sustain and maintain an up to date record of clients ledger and other back office services. Providing better back office support and Odin support (software provided by the company for trading) to the clients.
Have to communicate with the clients through phones, internet, fax, mails or meet them personally to discuss customer problems.

Manage all customer requirements and queries and solve their problems swiftly.
