ANNOUNCEMENT INVITATION FOR BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION

Mobil Cepu Ltd. (MCL) as a Production Sharing Contractors of BPMIGAS hereby invites interested contractors (Domestic or Local Company) with sufficient experience to the bid being tendered, to participate in the following bid:

Provision of Security Services for Cepu Production Operations Bid No. A2366527
Scope of work: The Services is to provide security service for Cepu Production Operations as requested by the company. This service is for 3 (three) years term, based on call-off. A. General Requirements: Interested contractors with qualifications and classifications related to the scope of work being bid, must submit the following documents during the registration period: 1. Original letter on contractor's letterhead paper, with clear address and contactable telephone, fax numbers & emails, requesting participation in the Bid. 2. Copy of valid SIUP Category/Activities Section/Activities Group: Besar (Large) / Jasa Lainnya /

3. A statement letter to confirm domestic content criteria has been met at the minimum as required by the Company (95%). 4. Interested supplier shall possess license valid permit ref KAPOLRI No. Pol. 24 tahun 2007 to conduct: 1. Surat Izin Badan Usaha Jasa Penyediaan Tenaga Pengamanan 2. Surat Izin Badan Usaha Jasa Pendidikan dan Latihan Keamanan 3. Surat Izin Badan Usaha Jasa Penerapan Peralatan Keamanan 4. Surat Izin Badan Usaha Jasa Konsultasi Keamanan B. Registration: Contractors who consider themselves to be qualified to participate in this bid are invited to register and submit all documents in Section A above, for MCLs further evaluation. All documents should be submitted to MCLs Sealed Bid Administrator, Wisma GKBI, - Ground Floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.28, Jakarta 10210, between: 10:00-11:30 hours and 13:30 - 15:00 hours, on August 3, 6 & 7, 2012. C. Pre-Qualification As part of pre-qualification process under this Bid, interested contractors who have completely submitted the documentation required under section A will also be required to complete the Pre-Qualification Package along with any supporting documents. The form can be collected from the Sealed Bid Administrator during registration period. Due date for submission of the Pre-Qualification Package is stated therein. Contractor's response to the above requirements will be the basis for MCLs evaluation of their qualification. Only contractors who pass the Pre-Qualification will be invited by emails to participate in this bid; failure to submit the above-required documentation IN ITS ENTIRETY will result in contractor not being eligible to participate in this Bid.
