Nilai emas jenama-X akan digred mengikut tahap mutu ketulenan dan keaslian emas daripada pelanggan. Pelanggan boleh menjadi dealer Public Gold jika berjaya membuat transaksi X-Plan dengan nilai emas melebihi RM20,000(Dealer) atau RM 100,000.00 ( Priority Dealer)

Terma dan Syarat : 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. X-Plan terbuka kepada semua pelanggan Public Gold. Pertukaran boleh dijalankan di semua cawangan Public Gold di seluruh Malaysia. Tempahan Harga tidak boleh dilakukan untuk promosi X-Plan. Proses pertukaran boleh dilakukan selepas melalui pengujian emas di Public Gold dan harga pertukaran yang telah disetujui oleh pelanggan. Emas yang gagal melalui ujian mesin ketumpatan emas TIDAK akan diterima untuk pertukaran ini. Harga pertukaran ini hanya sah dalam tempoh promosi yang ternyata di atas. Promosi X-Plan ini TIDAK termasuk pembelian melalui Ansuran Bulanan (Easy Payment Purchase-EPP). Pelanggan hanya dibenarkan menukar maksimum 1KG emas setiap hari sahaja. Kos Pengangkutan akan dikenakan kepada cawangan Public Gold yang berada di luar Pulau Pinang. Pihak pengurusan Public Gold berhak,mengubah suai atau menambah terma dan syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu.

Customers can trade in any gold bars or jewelleries from other brands (x brands) to Public Gold products during this promotion. The exchange value of x-brand product(s) is based on the live price shown on Public Gold website (www.publicgold.com.my)

The gold value from x brand will be graded based on the purity of the gold from customer. Customer may become Public Gold dealer through this plan by exchanging a total gold value amount of RM 20,000 to be a dealer or RM 100,000 to be a Priority Dealer.

Booking Price is not allowed for this promotion. Trading process will only proceed after purity test of gold and the price is agreed by the customer. 5. For gold which failed the test of Density Test Machine will not be accepted in this transaction. 6. The exchange price is only effective during this promotional period. 7. This promotion is not valid for purchase which made through Easy Payment Purchase (EPP). 8. Customer is allowed to exchange a maximum of 1kg gold each day. 9. Transportation fee will be applied at Public Gold branches outside of Penang Island. 10. Public Golds management reserves the right to make any changes of terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
