Copying automatically does the checking. Now I want to create workflow and session to test my modified version of mappings. But there is a session and workflows already in the repository for this mappings. So I copied the workflow into my repository folder. Now I get the version conflict resolution for the mappings in workflow designer

    I modified a mapping by coping into my working folder. Copying automatically does the checking. Now I want to create workflow and session to test my modified version of mappings. But there is a session and workflows already in the repository for this mappings. So I copied the workflow into my repository folder. Now I get the version conflict resolution for the mappings in workflow designer. I select the mappings, but now under workflow designer it says my mapping is not valid. But when I check Validate it says 1 invalidation. In the mapping designer my modified mappings are valid and have no errors. I think this checking in of workflow has created this problem. Can someone tell me how they run a modified mappings that was checked out but depending workflow has no change? How would you run the new modified checked out mappings with the old workflow in the repo?
