We had achieved a Turnover of INR 65 Crore during FY 2009 2010. Exide Industries Ltd., for their industrial range of Batteries which makes us single source of complete DC Power Package. We are registered with Quality Assurance Department of Indian Air Force (DGAQA), BHEL (Thermal / Hydro / TBG), PGCIL, TCE, NHPC, NTPC, GEB, RSEB, MECON, DESIEN, PSEB and AVANTE Grade, RDSO (Railways), MNRE etc. We offer Solar Hybrid & OffGrid Inverters (Tested and Approved from CPRI as per IEC standard and MNRE norms), String Boxes, MPPT charger, Complete Solar Power solution for Telecom BTS, Centralized Solar Power Solution for Rural Electrification and other applications including 1 MW Inverters from Ansaldo, ITALY.

We have supplied more than 7000 Battery Charger for various application like Power Generation House, (Hydel / Thermal / Lignite), Switchyard, Telecom, Cement Plant, etc to Government / PSUs and Private industry in the voltage range of 24V/48V/110V/220V and current ratings up to 1300Amps in 24V and 850Amps in 220V. Our prestigious customers list includes SEBs like PSEB (Sub-station / PLCC / Thermal Design), BBMB, RSEB, DVB, HPSEB, MPSEB, PGCIL, BHEL, NHPC, NTPC, Indian Railway, Indian Army, Air Force & Navy, L&T, J.P. Industries, ABB & Alstom etc. We have supplied Battery Chargers of rating 220V/550Amp to GVK India, 220V/850Amp for Gautmi Power, 220V/300Amp- 4 sets to Nevyeli Lignite Corporation Ltd. We got repeat order for complete DC package from JP Industries for Vishnuprayag Hydel Project, Omkareshwar (NHPC) Project & now Karcham Wangtoo is under execution.

 We have also executed order for Kota Thermal Power Plant & Suratgarh Thermal Power Plant for both the Battery & Battery Charger. The Battery capacity is 220V/2000AH and the rating of Battery Charger is 220V/350Amp & 24V/1300Amp. We have got repeat orders from RRVUNL for GIRAL Thermal Power Station BARMER for 220V/2000AH Battery & Battery Charger-2 sets and 24V/2400AH Battery & Battery Charger-2 sets. We have also executed order for Thermal Plant of PSEB (through BHEL) and four sets of 220V/250Amp chargers of APGENCO. We got repeat order from VTPS (APGENCO). We would also like to highlight supply of 4 sets of 220V/200Amp Dual Float cum Boost Charger to BTPS (unit of NTPC) against four different purchase orders during last 5 years. We have executed order for 370 MW Gas based CPP (GSECL) for complete DC system (including Batteries, Battery Chargers, AC-DC Converters, and DC-DC Converters) through M/s. Alstom Projects India Ltd. We have supplied 220V/450 A Battery chargers for 2 x 507.5 MW Nagarjuna Thermal Power Project A/c. Lanco Infratech Ltd. through M/s. Amco Saft India Ltd. Recently we executed Battery Charger & Battery order for 4 x 300 MW JSW Ratnagiri, through M/s. ABB Limited, which is under commissioning. In addition to above we have supplied No. of chargers of 48V for Telecom, 24V for DG Sets to various costumers including GAIL, IOCL, Hotels, Airports, PM House, Army Air Force, Railway Head Quarters.

Indian Railways
We are registered with Indian Railways for the supply of SMPS based Integrated Power Supply and SMPS based Battery chargers (consisting of 48V/12.5A and 48V/25A Modules) -Certificate Attached. We are Part-I supplier with Indian Railways for supply of Integrated Power Supply equipment for use with Railway Signalling installations The Integrated Power Supply system consists of: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) SMR (110V/20A modules in N+1 configuration) Inverter Modules DC-DC Converters CVT

More than 1600 Indian Railway Signalling Installations are working on STATCONs Integrated Power Supply System throughout India. More than 10,000 such SMPS based Battery Charger modules are already working in Indian Environmental conditions.

Exported 40Nos. Air Craft Battery Charger to Algerion Air Force through M/s Crown Corporation. 30V/1000A Dual Rectify to 1 BRD, Kanpur for MIG 21 Air Craft starting. We have supplied 40 Nos. of Rectifier Transportable E & I 239 to 25ED against AIR HQ Order No. SO-2943/IPW/PUR dtd. 19-11-1996 and they are in use with IAF for more than a decade. 12 Nos. 1000 Amps DC Ground Power Supply unit for SU-30 MK1 AIR Craft to M/s H.A.L. Nasik. We have supplied Qty-20 No. Battery Chargers to MGO Branch, B Block, Army HQ, New Delhi. We have supplied Qty-20 Nos Battery Capacity Tester /Discharger to MGO Branch, B Block, Army HQ, and New Delhi. We have supplied Qty 1 No. 40KVA GPU to M/s HAL, Rotary Wing, and Bangalore. We have supplied the 40 KVA GPU to Air Headquarters, Vayu Bhavan, and New Delhi-Qty-10 Nos. We have also supplied 3 Nos. GPU to HAL, NASIK of various capacities. We have supplied 40 KVA GPU to BSF Exported 80KVA GPU to ISRIAL through HAL, NASIK. We have executed an order for 40KVA GPU Qty- 2 Nos. for LCA Division, HAL-Bangalore. We have supplied 28V/400A continuous duty Rectifier to 7 BRD. The Battery Chargers supplied by us are working with 40 Wing for more than 5 year. Our GPU has successfully completed trial in various terrene with following Aircrafts: a) SU30 MKI, MIRAGE, JAGUAR , MIG -29, MIG-27 & IL76/78 b) HELICOPTERS MI-17, MI 7/8, MI25/35, MI 26 & DHRUV 3 Nos. 40KVA GPU to Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. 40KVA GPU Qty 27 Nos. to Air Headquarter, Vayu Bhavan, New Delhi Digital Charging Board to 7 BRD, 14 Wings, 12 Wings, 17 Wing, 20 Wings & 24 E.D. We have successfully developed 90 KVA GPU for AN-32 Aircraft. We have executed an order for Aircraft Division, HAL, and Bangalore for 40 KVA GPU Qty 22 No. We have supplied 380 V / 2300 A Mobile Battery Charger Qty 02 No. to Naval Dockyard and is under commissioning. Mobile Battery charger of 380 V / 4000A Qty 01 No. for Ship Building Centre, Visakhapattanam has been supplied.

Industries, ABB & Alstom etc. We have supplied Battery of rating 220v/2000AH HDP-II 2 SET & 24V/2500AH BATTERY HDP-II 1 SET TO RRVUNL SURATGARH. We have supplied 220v/2035 AH plante battery bank 2 SET to ABB ltd for KTPS. We have supplied 220V/1070 AH PLANTE 2 set &48V/400AH TUBULAR battery 1 set to HPSEB. We have supplied 220V/2200AH HDP-II battery bank -2 sets to ABB Ltd for STPP. We have got the valuable order for supply of 220V/2000AH PLANTE battery 4sets for PUNJLLOYD LTD GURGAON (CHHABRA TPP). We have supplied 4 sets of 220V/1715 AH & 220V/425AH PLANTE battery for ABB Ltd. Faridabad (CHHABRA TPP) We have supplied 26 nos. Of lead acid tubular batteries to PSEB, GGSSTP, ROPAR. We have supplied 2 sets of 220V/2000AH HDP-II BATTRY to ABB Ltd. for RRVUNL, GIRAL We have also executed the order for BEENA POWER (JAYPEE GROUP) for 4 sets of 220V/1395AH PLANTE BATTERY. Omkareshwar (NHPC) Project & now Karcham Wangtoo is under execution. We are executing 220V/2247AH 4 set, 220V/2033AH 2 set, 220V/1391AH 2 set DC batteries for BHEL, Bhopal ANPARA Project.
