According to some reliable sources, the driver only slept 3 hours before going for that trip. before that 16 hours non stop working. the reason is nak kejar banyak trip so that will get more income. The tyre break mark on the road are 5.5 meter sahaja before dia terhumban kebawah. this shows that the driver tak sedar until the last minutes before the accident.Tayar pun botak, first help group to arrive is 20 minutes after the crash.said that they cannot do anything, just taking out bodies and those who are still moving. Unofficial release said that there are a substance abuse in the driver blood!!! Whats inside? Just wait for the news ya. What is Safety?

SAFETY IS PRIORITY ?..... OR SAFETY IS CULTURE ?.... OR SAFETY is a VALUE?..

Safety is Not Priority

Are you agree??
For a start safety cannot be a priority. Priority in business is to make profit!! Safety consultancy has safety is priority, bcoz they make profit from safety By having safety is priority, it will conflict with quality, production, profit etc. Hard to tell employees that everything is a priority.

So what is the place of safety in an organisation??

Losses

It is easy to calculate the replacement cost of equipment or a product, downtime etc

But it is harder as we try to calculate cost of reputation, image, the value of injury people..

Safety is Not Priority

I cannot put a price on myself it is invaluable!! Cannot be measured! It is difficult to put a numerical number to the value of a person

Safety should be a VALUE.

Safety Culture

Safety is a VALUE
Value is close to your heart Value is not price, it is deeper than priorities By positioning safety as a value, it is no longer conflicts with other priorities. As a value safety becomes part of what companies and employees believe. Safety Culture.
