which sells all typcs of document scanners worldwide and also developed document imaging software ('l'heRepository). I knorv hou., the scanners work. I have also sold other document imaging programs. such as Laser Fiche, Liberty and Alchemy. T}e"reason I know this is because of the shadorving along the gutter (left-hanrl sirle). It aiso means that the county employees who did the original scanning of all the forms. tiid not take the individual pages our of ihe post binders. pe result is that all the pages_in that book display a parallax distorted image of the lines and type. T.he-1, curve and drop down to the left- lf you look at Iine 2 (Figure 3) on thi form that.uy. su" you will notice the letters drop down one pixel but the typed worl fu{aie da*s not. The second incident of this parallax problem is seen in line 6c Name of llospital or Instilution (F'igure 4). The word lVame drops down 2 pixels, but the typed hospital nime. kapiatani. does not drop down at all. And again the tine jusl below drops down 2 pixels, but not the narne Kapiolani.

The conclusion -vou Brust coms to is that the typed in fbnn was superimposeil over an existing original Cenificate af Live Birh fonn from the county. In fact" since I found some of the form headings scanned in as binary and grayscale. the form itself is a composite but the person r,r,ho created it did not flattened the image of the blank I'arm and save it as one file befsre they started placing the r)'pewriter text on the compi:site form. The individual(s) who perpetrated this fbrgery could not evidently find a blank form in the clerks imaging database. so they were forced to clean up existing forms and overlay the typewriter rype we se here. The forger was also looking for certificates with the correct starnped dates and that is why I think they used more than one original form. At first I wondered why the forger didn't just typeset the entire form from scratch and overlay the type and not have to worry about the parallax problem. Then I remembered that irr the early

1960s there was no phototvpesetting an<i this ibn'n was set in hot metal from a linotype nrachine. The type design is Tirnes Roman but they could never replicate the exau design. They rvere stuck lraving to use existing tbrrns thar were scannec{ in irsing binary.and grayscafe. 2. There is a white haloing around all the type on the form. l;igure 5 is an exanrplc of rhis. This cffect should not appear on a scanned grayscale inrage. Figure 6 is a grayscale inrage scanned in at 24A dpi. You rvill notice that there is no haloing ellect around the type arrd also thc securit; pattcrn is seen through the q,pe. Figurc 7 is a color image rvhere you can clearly see lhc securitv grecn c,:lor through the t)'pe and no haloing. Figure 8 shor,vs a Black and White {binary') inragc of the same t\,pe. 'lhe irnpr:(ant thing to remenrtrer is thaf you cannot have grayscale an<i binary on the salne scan unless the image is a composite. 4. The Sequential lYumber is a fraud. I r.vould like you to reler back to Figures I and 2. you wili notice that Barack Otrama was supposed to have been born on Fridal, at7:i4 p.m. Augusr 4.196l and the local regislrar accepted it on Tucsday August 8. lq6l and hand stamped rhi Certillcate number "'6 I 1t)641 ." T'hen notice that the other Certificate of Susan E. Nordyke rvas born on Saturdal, at2:12 p.m. August _5, 196l and another registrar clate stamped it on August ll. Lrr.rl her Certificate number is'"61 I0637." Keep in mind there would be only one bates starntrimachine in the ofl'ice so thc numbers rvctuld all be unique. fhere cannot be an-r, duplicatcs so ever)- Certificate lias a unique serial number. Obama's Certificate wculd have most likely been mailed on the lbllor,ving Monday. the 7'h and receiverJ by the Clerk Tuesday thr; 8'h. Susan Nordyke's Certificate looks like it was mailed sometime earlier that week and not accepted until the 11't'but she has a Certif'icate 4 nttmbers less than Obama's" It is irnpossiblc to have Obama's Certificate number tr: be four numbers higher tharr a Clertificate that came in 3 da3's latcr. The iacts I have shown you in #3 and 4 tell me several things about lrorv this forgery was assernbled. l. Some person(s) in the Health Department, who had access to the document iniaging program, search the database l'cr someone close to the actual birth date of Obama and fbund someone near the 4e of Augusl. The""- may' have crossed referenced the death <iatabase to finci someone rvho had died and had a birth date close tc, Obama's. If you rememtrer, the Federal Covcrnment wanted the States to cross reference the birth and death databases so the database rvould have that information. 2.The date stanrps have two different colors and sizes (see #5 below) which indicates that both dates came from different Certificates. 3. More than one pcrson is involved in the Har.vaii Dcpartment of llealth to assemble the different components that were used. do the database searches to find the right Clefi,ificates to create President Obarna's fraudulent Certificate of Live Binh and linally sign thc fraudulent ceflificate. T'his is unlikely' because the same ruhber stamp r.r,ould have been used by the same registrar to stanrp the dates in bcth places and sign the tonn in 'box 2l . Since we have two size letters and numbers, that means these elements were taken from two scparate fbrrns that mal have been years apafi using diflerent rubber stamps.

5. Two different coloni and font sizes in Form box 22 and 20 Date Accepted by Reg. General. What is verY revealing about this box and tJate entry is there are two diffbrent colors on both lines. Both lines were scanned using binary mode. but I see two dillerent colors (Figure l3). What Ithink this is shorvirig us is that the person rvho put this fraud together was looking for a tbim that had the
