In the XVII century when England was immersed in the mud of ignorance, poverty and corruption, William Booth appeared with its Salvation Army as a light at the end of a tunnel giving off hope. Maybe we could compare B.I.M.E.E.C.S. to those ideals of justice, solidarity, liberty and hope of the Salvation Army. The brigades origin: Bringing light into societys darkness

Genesis of the project Theres no bigger virtue than that of doing something for your neighbor, of helping the fallen back up, of consoling he who cries, of encouraging the discouraged, of accompanying the abandoned, of guiding the lost, comforting the sad, supporting the weak, thats the reason why B.I.M.E.E.C.S. arose.

There is a new concept resulting of the fusion within the worlds of business (social responsibility) and that of social action, called by some, social innovation, and named by many others, social entrepreneurship. A social entrepreneur can be described as the result of the combination of Bill Gates and Mother Theresa of Calcutta. Social entrepreneurship as the practice of an innovative and market oriented focus to benefit the poor and the marginalized, results in the alternative way that society and its distinct actors can take to create along these so called social innovators, the ways to solve the old and common

problems that affect and have affected society since the beginning of the modern and postmodern eras. The social entrepreneur works with towns or sectors that Governments have not been able to effectively reach with basic consumer goods and services. And even though there are many ways to answer for before a social need scenario, the social innovator is located in the frame of social responsibility, as a social change agent, since his viewpoint can provide the distinct sectors that can give a more exact outcome to those problems, new and better alternatives to bring solutions, or be a part of them. The founder of BIMEECS is a true social entrepreneur, a pioneer and his name is Professor Christopher LaFayelle!

Development of the project The innovative person or organization is that which strives deliberately, rationally, and in a disciplined way to prompt opportunities in each process of change available he also compels resources with that intention. Its main motivation is to create a field of constant defiance in the mind if his followers and community so that all live the mission of transforming the human being, and therefore society itself, of course always respecting human dignity. The challenge of the social innovator or entrepreneur consists in investigating in a critical and rational manner sustainable solutions to problems with social characteristics ( innovative aspect) and being able to efficiently apply them in real life situations (entrepreneur aspect)

A social entrepreneur is that person whom has a vision of commitment with change that feels part of a social injustice and marginality scenario when he

witnesses it and adopts a critical position with strong proposals to revert inequalities. The purpose is to generate a changed human being, a social entrepreneur is a leader, thats to say, the person that has the capacity to impact his community through others. Although the social entrepreneur notion is new the capacity to solve problems isnt. Thats why the generation of better solution schemes is at the entrepreneurs capacity of seeing beyond the normal perspective, beyond social problems, living them a perspective of opportunity to get to the best possible solution, solution thatll be given thanks to the participation of the social actors that have the responsibility of attacking such conflicts. A social awakening

In the face of this and because of this B.I.M.E.E.C.S. exists. As an organization dedicated to the benefit of society, that provides help to the people that need it so, preoccupied for the advancement and improvement of the city. Its the personification in organization from the individual Christopher LaFayelle and it acts representing itself as a middleman, enabling solutions for the needs, hence facilitating and leveling the achievement of the goals presented. Its an assembly composed of people with philanthropic ideals, that links and combine the mission and labor of other altruistic organizations, adapting its & their resources to the social needs, with the help that the public administration, and the private initiative can provide, creating in that way a multidisciplinary effect with charitable aims.

Christopher LaFayelle also is an active advocate to bring about and achieve an improvement in the public and private basic education school system, drawing it near to first world standards, making it more effective, and closer to the needs of this levels students.

It believes in the citizens capacity to responsabilize itself for its future, in that everybody is the arquitect of his own destiny, in economical liberty, in financial independence, and in the capacity to be an entrepreneur, in depending on itself and in nobody else, that nobody dictates the citizens economical destiny but its own intellectual capacity for administration, and in the power of small business. It encourages the value of culture as an agent for social and individual betterment, it promotes the citizens participation in the diverse available cultural expressions, and impels and favors the arrival of new creative concepts, bestowing in this way, an atmosphere of illustration as well as of lucubration, that only attain the communitys advancement and development. It also proposes a common commitment between the diverse social actors, to obtain the deontological assignment of the communitys overcoming and progress, positioning it in the road of an extensive wellbeing, thus, leveling the conflict against the prevailing social degradation, therefore satisfying the diverse social needs.

B.I.M.E.E.C.S. is the key for Mxicos social development! It is the answer to many questions related to societys problems. This is B.I.M.E.E.C.S.
