At: India Islamic Cultural Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. BIG B (COMEDY THEATRE) JIMS known for its reunions and extravaganza added yet another feather to its collection of uncountable memories by inviting & successfully sponsoring Comedy Play BIG B (based on Munshi Premchands story Bade Bhai Sahib) in association with Pierrots Troupe on Saturday, 22nd September, 2012 at India Islamic Cultural Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Present on the occasion were Mr. Manish Gupta (Chairman, JIMS), Dr. J.K Goyal (DirectorJIMS), Dr. V.B Aggarwal (Director-IT, JIMS), Dr. Madan Mohan (Dean, JIMS), Mr. Cherian George (Head MDP Cell, JIMS), Ms. Jyoti Nair (Associate Dean - Corporate Relations, JIMS) &

Mr. Arnab Ghosh ( Head- Corporate Relations, JIMS) Apart from our esteemed Alumni, Corporate were present at the play to experience their lighter side- Alka Lamba-Young India Foundation, Poonam Saraya- Audi Delhi South, Anuj Taneja- HDFC, Vani Mehta-OTIS, Suryakant Dikshit- Thomson Press, Rajkamal Gupta- Lurgi India, Priyaranjan Kumar, African Industries Ltd ; to name a few. The event was conceptualized by Ms. Surbhi Malhotra (Head- Alumni Relations), Ms. Tusha Sharma (HR, JIMS), Ms. Swati Dhingra (HeadMarketing, JIMS), Ms. Mansi Khullar (Marketing Manager, JIMS) & Ms Deepti Shokeen (Marketing Manager, JIMS). It was an evening to relive the past and revive old memories. It was a heterogeneous affair

where the seniors and juniors came together to experience the laughter saga. The mixture of the old and new, juniors and seniors students and teachers was very encouraging. The theatre was packed with 300 guests from Alumnis, Corporate, Academicians, staff members of JIMS, where they all gathered to experience the entertainment which was ribtickling. The theme was well canalized and the aspect of Indian Education System and the role play of an elder brother. It was a hilarious account of how two brothers forced by the English education system, learn to speak in English and study all subjects in English medium. The play portrayed an image of the society where elders still have the passion & desire to train the younger ones. The message augmented a feeling of true

Indian relations with the care and the passion to comfort the younger ones. Truly, it was an amalgamation of reviving old memories, networking, reminiscing the past, and the best platform to keeping roots intact. The event seamlessly connected, engaged, energized and put the entire alumni into nostalgia. Memories that never fade!
