CAREER OVERVIEW
From Sep. 2009 to May 2012: Sr. Executive Business Development at Indo Phyto Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (A Subsidiary of NAARI.AG) NAARI AG is a Swiss Pharma Company having head office at Basel, Switzerland. We have subsidiaries and front end marketing team in CIS Countries, Russia, Ukraine headed by Dr. Manfred Paul (Ex. MD of Bayer ). We have contract development partnership in Spain. For Diagnostic we have Contract Manufacturing in China (Approved by EU). We have numerous marketing and distribution partnership in North America. In India, we have two plants API and Formulation. API facility, we bought in 2009 with name of Indo Phyto Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. at Kashipur, Uttarakhand. We upgraded it by spending USD 7 million in last 24 months. Today it has vast infrastructure for API & intermediate production and also has a Fermentation base. We also have a formulation plant in India having large hormonal & non hormonal facility at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand with name of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd., which is contract manufacturer for NAARI. Our Company has spent last 24 months in developing 20 ANDAs / Dossiers & 24 DMFs, out of these we plan to file 4 DMFs & 6 ANDAs (Bio equivalence studies already completed) in 2012. Our plant passed pre inspections by WHO Geneva, Europeans & Americans. We have Corporate office and R & D Centre for API at Noida, U.P. IPC, located in Kashipur, Uttrakhand, India, is a composite plant of APIs and Intermediates. The campus, spanning across 48,000 square meters, is located in a Tax Free Zone. IPC is a zero discharge plant and has a state-of-the-art effluent treatment plant (ETP). IPCs ISO 14001 certification is a testimonial for IPCs commitment towards environment and society. Built with passion, commitment and diligence, IPC is a state-of-the-art infrastructure employing the best equipments, machinery and Human Resources. Our core values are safety for our staff and the local community, respect for the environment, and deliverability of safe and highest quality products to our consumers. Currently, IPC is the major production centre for NAARIs APIs and intermediates. ending with finished APIs. The IPC plant also facilitates fermentation and chemical synthesis producing key intermediates and finished APIs. 1. To promote products to International clients though ways of sampling and meetings during conferences like CPHL, Chemspec & Informex, India. 2. To look after the sales & promotion activities of the semi regulated and developing countries. 3. To coordinate with plants to ensure timely execution of deliveries. 4. To keep tight control on Payments and collections. 5. To interface with high net worth clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business. 6. To analyse business potential, monitoring competitor activities and planning counter measures. To identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys. 7. To provide image building plans; advising the company for innovative marketing plans & building image exercises for gaining credibility & market share. 8. From Sep. 2009 to May 2012: Executive Marketing at Anus Laboratories Ltd Anus Laboratories Ltd is a US $ 65 million public listed company established in 1996, and managed by experienced professionals engaged in manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Intermediates. It has total four production units, two near outskirts of Hyderabad and two near Vishakhapatnam. It is the market leader across the world with 60% of market share for three of its products in their addressable market.
