Sheriffs Department Jurisdiction Removal Act.

The purpose of this act is to limit the jurisdiction line of SASD to only Mulhol land, Richman and the Santa Maria area. As of this, the LSPD will be given more responsibility over the area. SASD will not be permitted to enter the jurisdicti on lines without a a FBI Senior Agent (and up) or a LSPD Chief's approval.

SEC. 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Resolution may be cited as the "Sheriffs Department Restoration Act"

SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. - "Jurisdiction" (from the Latin ius, iuris meaning "law" and dicere meaning "to speak") is the practical authority granted to a formally constituted legal body or to a political leader to deal with and make pronouncements on legal matters and, by implication, to administer justice within a defined area of responsibili ty. The term is also used to denote the geographical area or subject-matter to w hich such authority applies. - "Removal" The action of removing someone or something, in particular. The taki ng away of something unwanted.

SEC. 2. REMOVAL OF JURISDICTION FROM THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT The Supreme Court of San Andreas hereby declare that the San Andreas Sheriffs De partment may not enter Los Santos without permission from a Senior Agent within the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or a Chief of the Los Santos Police Departm ent. Entering the area without such given permission will lead to the trooper or operative to be removed from his position, regardless of his rank. Regardless, the Sheriffs Department may patrol the following areas; Mulholland ( including the bank.), Richmans (Mountain area) and Santa Maria beach. ((includin g the carnival pier and the route it takes to get there.)) - Once a trooper is o n these lands, he may be evicted from the land by a law-enforcer or a FBI agent.

SEC. 3. RIGHTS IN THE PERMITTED AREA ON LOS SANTOS SOIL

The Supreme Court of San Andreas, hereby declare that the Sheriffs Department wi ll be allowed to arrest, detain, and take any other law-related actions towards

any sort of criminal or participants of illegal activity. Regardless, they shoul d inform the Los Santos Police Department once transporting a criminal towards t heir headquarters.

SEC. 5. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THIS ACT

If a trooper does not comply with the following act, he/she will be trialed in c ourt and if found guilty - will be removed from their position within the organi zation, and possibly find depending on the extend of what they've done during th eir period on non-permitted soil. SEC.5,1 If a law-officer or agent is not informed of a criminal transport, the individua l responsible for the criminal transport will be trialed in court and warned, if done repeatedly - the individual will be removed from his/her position within t he organization.
