Subject: Proposition of the World Unilateral Humanitarian Republic (Nation-States Simulation)

Greetings & our Deepest Salutations:

Over the years, we have realized that one of the unique attributes that supports the underlying idea of Nation-States is that diversified groups of people are brought together from different corners of the world to pursue their political whims, aspirations, and visions. Although not all of us are extremely political, we still maintain something that would qualify as a sustaining worldview. Whether we are role-playing or upholding the underlying principles that directly interchange with our respective worldviews, the Nation-States experience does provide an opportunity to achieve a unilateral learning opportunity for all. For every nation, there is an underlying idea behind its founding, and a region which shields its sovereignty. There are so many regions out there that seem to incessantly do everything in their power to expand in an effort to gain greater concessions of power and recognition over the Nation-States community. Our orientation does not take on an expansionist interest. In addition, we do not seek to turn anyone away with the solicitation of yet another region even though in essence that is basically what we are doing. We approach the NationStates forum with a vision and we can only succeed with its fruition through the full participation and assistance of like-minded nations. We envision the standing of a region that supports the ideals of expressive democracy which is then reinforced through means of humanitarian empowerment. The sustaining fabric that will bridge these two imperatives together will materialize in the form of egalitarian unity among the nations of mankind which will protect human rights, promote gender quality, and eliminate the gap between the developing and developed world. A purely defensive military network will be formulated to protect the achieved progress of unity. Initially, we contest that humanitarianism has the propensity to stand as a force that can govern a civilization that is multifarious in its diversity while being empathetically benevolent towards mankind. We stand by the notion that every human being on the face of the planet should be affirmed with an opportunity to succeed in and around their surrounding society. It cannot be stressed enough, but we do not seek to create some sort of living and breathing utopia for the whole of mankind. By nature, we are fully aware and respectful of the fact that human beings are instinctually imperfect and this is a fundamental quality which makes

the attainment of utopia a practical impossibility. We seek to be practical and pragmatic with the application of humanitarian governance throughout the international community. Furthermore, humanitarianism presents us with a substance that can never be imposed on others. That is why each community, society, and nation that falls beneath the umbrella of our region must work in its own capacity to ensure the distribution of humanitarian governance to its respective populaces. We are then left with the creation of an international federation that unifies member nations for the sole purpose of pursuing humanitarianism through a sustainable yet practical form of egalitarian unity. We are internationalists at heart and we welcome all into our ranks. We only ask that nations that choose to join us support an open ended form of enlightenment which will then lead to full inclusion into the World Unilateral Humanitarian Republic (WUHR). In the end, the contribution that your nation is willing to invest is purely in the hands of its corresponding government/leaders. We are not asking for total serenity to an ironclad status quo, but merely members who operate from our platform in a free and open manner. The initial idea that drives the synergy behind the WUHR is still premature at this point (rather abstract), but over an extended period of time, we hope to transcend our idea into a serious undertaking which will be nothing short of formulating a serious organization in the near future. We look forward to receiving responses and feedback. On a concluding note, we hope to see you (as the leader), your nation, and people within the halls of the World Unilateral Humanitarian Republic! Remember, a world that is bounded together beneath social egalitarianism, expressive democracy, and humanitarian governance can in essence be too big to fail.
