Thanks
Thanks to the Habs vs Leafs Fans golf tournament. Despite the rain everyone seemed to have a great time. $3,800 was raised for the team and we really appreciate the hard work of Rheal Boulanger and Mike Perrault as well as Jeff at Osprey Links and Boston Pizza for the great meal afterwards. Id also like to mention our hole sponsors: Skaters Edge Source for Sports,
Rivet Insurance, Burger World, Boston Pizza, Promo Sports Depot, City Laundry, Dream Gardens Come True, Schutz Landscaping and Design, TD Bank, Pilot Diamond Tools Ltd. Caruso Electric Ltd., Seymour Windows and Paul and Karen Cook.

Please remember we do not have any ice for the next three Sundays due to tournaments. We are looking for some ice that may be turned back and if so will schedule a practice and let you know. Our next scheduled practice will be November 18th.

Games and Tournament We have scheduled a game with Ottawa Valley Ambassadors (OVA) on November 25th here in North Bay. They will be making a day trip and will play us at our regular time at Pete Palangio arena. We will organize a get together afterwards with food and time to socialize before they get back on their bus...Should be a great time as always with this group. Tournament updates: All games will begin on Thursday so Wednesday is our travel day. Opening ceremonies will be Thursday night and all games will be over on Saturday allowing for travel home on Sunday...most years there is a banquet on the Saturday night so does plan on staying until Sunday. Our team has been registered already.

Special thanks to our great volunteers that day. Justin, Jordan, David, Pete, Jess, James, David W. Brian and Donna. Thank you also to those that volunteered to help at the NHL Alumni game, Denis, Jason, Corey, Cory, Darrin, Kathy, Logan and Meghan Luoma. Your help was very much appreciated. A great big shout out to the North Bay Firefighters, who come out to play us every year. The firefighters were the very first team we played back in 2007 and they have come back every year since.
