Selected site and coordinated office relocation in 2011, providing a 67% cost savings. Managed employees career paths and coordinate human resource utilization. Performed hiring and terminations. Award winning Software Manager for BAE Systems C4ISR solution for the JLTV Technology Demonstrator. Commercialized the solution for a wide range of military vehicles. As Project Manager for Army Sky Warrior UAV Planning software, developed and delivered production software on time and under budget. Significantly expanded business footprint with multiple services.

Business Development

Software/Systems Engineering

Led baseline consolidation efforts resulting in an additional $3.5M in business. Led Tiger Team for Global Hawk mission performance issues. Developed requirements, elaborated stories for Agile development team, and led bi-weekly demos of software for stakeholders. Designed and developed software solutions for the integration of external products into JMPS. Chief Engineer for the Navys Tactical Automated Mission Planning System (TAMPS) product. Responsible for all technical aspects, including product design and development, of the product, as well as liaison to Navy customers.

Project manager for Refinishing Materials Calculator (for Mitchell International). Managed multi-national development team (USA and Jordan). Created specifications and test plans. Acted as customer liaison.

Recruited to take over development of failing Special Warfare Automated Mission Planning System (SWAMPS) project. Retooled project to leverage greater and more advanced Commercial off the Shelf capabilities to customer praise. Successfully released multiple versions. Expanded customer base by engaging Army Ranger critical needs.

LOCKHEED MARTIN TECHNICAL OPERATIONS - CAMARILLO, CA Senior Scientific Programmer (1995 1997)
Lead engineer on the development of the network version of TAMPS. Transitioned TAMPS from application to client/server architecture. Created data synchronization walk-away for disconnected ops. Designed and implemented TAMPS automated retrieval and updating of GPS data.

AUNE & ASSOCIATES - VENTURA, CA Interactive Systems Consultant (1995 1997)

Designed a web site to provide an itinerary and fares for public transportation for Los Angeles MTA.

COMPTEK FEDERAL SYSTEMS - CAMARILLO, CA Engineer/Analyst A (1993 1995)

Designed and developed data load verification systems for the F-18 GPS Mission Data Load and Memory Unit cartridges. This led to an expanded presence for Comptek in the TAMPS program. Developed a unified system (software and hardware) diagnostic suite for the Marine Corps Intelligence Analysis System (IAS). Versions of the suite have been ported to other Marine and Navy systems.
