In Synkronice commission are only paid on product sales. We keep it as simple as possible, whilst maximising the short, medium and long term earning potential of our members. We offer 3 different product packages depending on the country and its rules and regulations regarding direct selling and network marketing. When joining you also agree to follow our Policy and Procedures that you can find in your back office and also must read and agree to before joining. We have a career ladder that recognises when our members achieve recognised goals on their road to success. Along with the recognition of achieving these milestones, there are generous rewards to mark the success. The plan is also designed to reward those who work with others in the business, and assist them with training, development and mentoring, to help them in achieving success in the business. This element is also a key requirement in our company. Members have an on going responsibility to work with those they introduce into the business to contribute to their success. The plan is designed to provide potential rewards from the outset, whilst giving the possibility to build a large potential customer network, which can result in long terms residual income from product sales.

Comisin Paquete Producto Econmico

The economy product package includes a downloadable version of Your Life 2.0 (a comprehensive 10 day personal development motivational course value 600), GanCao tea and some free samples of perZpro energy wristbands, plus the Banking Solutions Package and is available to customers at a price of 200 including VAT (the product value is 800). No commission are paid on your first sale, but any further sales in the first twelve months will qualify for this commission. There is no on going qualification requirement and no requirement to purchase any more products. After your qualifying sale for the first two product packages customers purchase, you will receive a bonus of 10 on each. From product package three onwards, this bonus will be 55 per product package. You will not receive any bonuses unless you have your first 8 Spinglo friends acquired on members qualifying. If you fail to get your 8 Spinglo friends within the qualification period (45 days from the start date of a new member) when a product packages is sold to a new member, your bonus will be forfeited. Product Package Commission will only be paid out on members qualified with

minimum 8 Spinglo friends within their first 45 days of business. If they fail to acquire their first 8 Spinglo friends the bonus will be forfeited.

If you chose to become a leader in the business, and recruit other members into the business, then you will have an on going responsibility to work with those members to help them to achieve their goals in the business. In compensation for this you will receive an override on their Product Package Sales. You will receive 55 for the first and second product package sold by members in your downline. You will receive this bonus indefinitely for the first and second Product Package sold by any member who is registered at each level. (Leadership development starts from your third sponsor line). You will not receive any bonuses unless you have your first 8 Spinglo friends acquired on members qualifying. If you fail to get your 8 Spinglo friends within the qualification period (45 days from the start date of a new member) when a product packages is sold to a new member, your bonus will be forfeited. Leadership Development Bonus will only be paid out on members qualified with minimum 8 Spinglo friends within their first 45 days of business. If they fail to acquire their first 8 Spinglo friends the bonus will be forfeited.

Synkronice offers an enhanced product package for customers who wish to take a more intense approach to the Personal and Financial growth opportunities available. The executive product package includes three downloadable version of Your Life 2.0 (a comprehensive 10 day personal development motivational course value 1800), GanCao tea and some free samples of perZpro energy wristbands, plus the Banking Solutions Package and is available to customers at a price of 1800 including VAT (the product value is 2700). No commissions are paid on the first sale of this package by an member but for subsequent sales of these product packages they are then eligible to receive commissions are 75 for the first two product packages sold, then 600 for all subsequent packages sold. You will not receive any bonuses unless you have your first 8 Spinglo friends acquired on members qualifying. If you fail to get your 8 Spinglo friends within the qualification period (45 days from the start date of a new member) when a product packages is sold to a new member, your bonus will be forfeited. Product Package Commission will only be paid out on members qualified with minimum eight Spinglo friends within their first 45 days of business. If they fail to acquire their first 8 Spinglo friends the bonus will be forfeited. Qualified members will also receive the leadership development bonus on all sales of Executive Product Packages in their downline, at 525 for the first and second Executive Product Packages sold by members in their downline. All members that have chosen the Executive Product Package can qualify for the yearly Executive Global Network Pools (EGNP). The qualifications are as below: 1. Be a full paid Executive 2. Get 25 Spinglo friends every year 3. Be L1 or higher 4. The size of your pool is based on the revenues of your personal Spinglo friends during the year. A minimum of revenues from yourself or your personal frontline Spinglo friends is also required to be qualified. The size of the pools for each Levels are; L1 2% L2 4% L3 6% L4 - 8% L5 20% L6 15% L7 10% L8 9% L9 8% L10 7% L11 6% L12 5%
