INTRODUCTION
If you are holding your event or reception at a location without a food service license, you will need the support of an off-premise caterer. Chef's Choice Catering is the perfect solution for handling all of your catering needs. Chef's Choice Catering goes beyond preparing food selections: We plan and create the perfect combination of food and beverage. We are accustomed to catering any style of event in every type of location. We are capable of transforming any empty space into a fully furnished and decorated extravaganza. Chef's Choice can orchestrate events ranging from a grand scale dinner to a festive family celebration. These events can be held in any number of locations such as museums, historic mansions, rental halls, river boats, schools, outdoor pavilions and private homes. "To Cater" means to supply what is wanted. What you want is good food and superb service. While the food presentation is important, what guests will remember is how good it was. A professional caterer maintains a portfolio with photographs of food presentations to show their creative ability. Here at Chef's Choice we can also provide you with testimonials and references. At Chef's Choice, sampling of food requires special arrangements. Appointments are made for such sampling at the discretion of our Chef and Sales Staff to arrange a private "food tasting." Not only can we assist you in planning your food and beverage selections, but we can coordinate and supply all of the "tools" necessary to service your particular event. We can furnish delivered linens, china, glassware, cutlery, and all other equipment, in addition to service personnel and bartenders. We offer close attention to detail and customized menu planning. We are experienced in all aspects of the business and can plan everything for you from beginning to end. GENERAL INFORMATION
In order to serve you better, the following guidelines have been established: 1. Menu prices are based on a 20 person minimum. Any order under 20 is subject to an additional per person charge. 2. Menu prices have been designed for orders to be picked up. 3. Delivery prices are as follow: Local Delivery: $25 with $100 minimum order (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Delivery & Set Up: $30 with $100 minimum order (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.) $55 for Hot Buffets over 50 people (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Delivery charge for after 5 p.m. orders, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be a minimum of $55. 4. Service Staff $15 per hour per server with a 5 hour minimum: (Suggested Service) Cold Buffets / 1 server per 40 guests Hot Buffets / 1 server per 25 guests Chefs Choice Catering reserves the right to determine the number of service personnel required for your event. When service is not requested and hot buffets have been ordered, it may be necessary for the client to purchase disposable chafers or disposable coffee urns at an additional charge of $15 each plus tax. Service staff charge starts from the time we start loading your event to the time we return back to our commissary, including cleanup time of all equipment used for your event. 5. All necessary disposable styrofoam plates, paper napkins, and plastic utensils are included in menu prices. Upscale disposable plates and cups (Hard, Finished Plastic) are available for $1 to $2 per person. China rental can range from $4 to $8 per person. (Please ask for quote.) Disposable plastic tablecloths and skirting are $2.50 each.

6. Final meal count is due no later than 3 business days prior to your event. After this time, no changes can be made to the final details or menu. 7. On events requiring deposits, a service contract will be prepared and a 20% deposit is due at that time. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The final count is due 10 days prior to the event, otherwise the contract amount becomes the guaranteed meal count to determine your final bill. This represents the official number of meals you will be charged for. If your final count exceeds your guaranteed number, you will be charged a per person rate for the difference. The balance is due one week prior to your event payable by cash, check, money order, or credit card. 8. Length of service for Buffets will depend on the size of the event: 25 to 100 people 1 Hour 101 and up 1 to 2 Hours 9. All Seated and Serviced Events are subject to a 15% gratuity.

(Hard liquor to be provided by customer.) ~ Prices listed above are based on 3-hour bar service for groups of 100 or more $2 per person per additional hour. ~ Bartender fees are $100 for the first five hours and $20 each additional hour. Bartenders are to be paid separately the day/night of the event. Gratuity for the bartenders is at the clients discretion. ~ Bar arrangements are available for non-serviced events. ~ Alcohol can be purchased by quantities. (Please ask for quote.)
