OPN Compensation Plan


The OPN Compensation Plan has five ( income streams: (5) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Direct Sales Bonus (DSB) ) Network Team Bonus (NTB NTB) Matching Bonus Fast Track Bonus Unlimited Builder Bonus ( UBB)

1. Direct Sales Bonus


All personally sponsored Members purchases will give you a commission based on the Business Volume ( (BV) associated to the various products and services. Basic Members will receive 5% commission on this BV turnover. Bronze Members will receive 7.5% commission on this BV turnover. Gold and above Members will receive 10% commission on this BV turnover turnover.

2. Network Team Bonus (Binary)


To qualify for the Network Team Bonus an active Member needs to personally sponsor a least one Member in Bonus, at each team. On the total BV generated in a business cycle ( (one week) in the lesser Network team which is counted as team one third when balanced with the Greater team with a minimum of 2 times this amount you will on the BV receive a % commission which depends on which Membership status you have achieved in the Network. Basic Members will receive 5% Network Team Bonus Bronze Members will receive 7.5% Network Team Bonus Gold and above Members receive 10% Network Team Bonus

One BV within the marketing plan is equal to 1. The weekly NTB is capped at 12.500 for a Members. all

NETWORK
Generally your Network Organisation is based on two teams. The team with the lower BV volume is known as the Lesser team for the Network Team Bonus. The Lesser team is counted as one third within a calculation period (one week). A commission of this BV is paid out weekly when balanced with the Greater team (two thirds). The double amount of BV will be deducted from your Greater team (the team with the higher BV for the weekly period). Example 10,000BV in one week in your Lesser team with a minimum of 20,000BV in the Greater team will pay: 10% (lesser team) = 1,000BV = 1.000 10,000 BV will be deducted from the Lesser team and 20,000 BV from the Greater team. The Network Team Bonus is paid in blocks of 500BVs. The rest of the volume is rolled over to the following week. If a Member reaches the weekly cap (maximum Network Team Bonus) all BV in both teams will be flushed (removed) and thus the next calculation period will start with zero BV in both teams.

FLUSHING
BV in the system that is older than 90 days will be flushed automatically. When calculating the weekly commission the oldest Business Volume will always be counted first. See back-office report for when flushing occurs.

ACTIVE STATUS
Members need to be Active in order to receive bonus of any kind. A Member needs to personally accumulate a minimum of 15BV per week so as to be considered Active and therefore be qualified for any OPN bonus payments. If a Member fails to accumulate 15BV within a week, he still retains his position in the Network but will not get paid on any of the BVs accumulated after the qualification period has passed. A Member can pre-qualify and start accumulating BV again after achieving the Active Status. A Member can pre-qualify for up to 4 weeks in advance. The new qualification period will commence from the week of accumulating 15BV. 25% of the BV value of all purchases made by all Personally Sponsored SiteTalk users will be counted as personal BV towards the 15BV required for the Active Status

3. Matching Bonus (MB)


As shown in the graphic below, qualified Bronze and above Members can receive a Matching Bonus on the Network Team Bonus paid to their personally sponsored Members, and theirs and theirs down to a maximum of seven (7) levels. A Member needs to be Active to be eligible for the Matching Bonus. r

Distribution of Earnings
75% of all commissions will be paid to your OPN Earnings Account and 25% to your Mandatory account. No bonus will be calculated and paid out if the online account is in negative for more than 30 days.

Annual fee:
There is a 35 annual fee that is deducted from the Members online account yearly on the calendar date the member activated his free OPN membership membership.

All Rank advancements are done on a weekly basis except for the Basic, Bronze and Gold levels. These become effective immediately upon achieving/accumulating the required BV

Basic Member
Is a Free OPN member who has accumulated/generated a minimum total of 150BV personally within 4 weeks of their starting date or in any 4 week period thereafter. His personal BV (own purchases) will be valued at 100%. The accumulated BV in any 4 week period will be flushed at the end of the 4 weeks. The new 4 week period begins with zero BV.

Bronze Member
Is a Free or Basic OPN member who has accumulated/generated a minimum total of 500BV personally within 4 weeks of their starting date or in any 4 week period thereafter. His personal BV (own purchases) will be valued at 100%. The accumulated BV in any 4 week period will be flushed at the end of the 4 weeks. The new 4 week period begins with zero BV.

Gold Member:
Is a Free, Basic or Bronze OPN member who has accumulated/generated a minimum total of 2,000BV personally within 4 weeks of their starting date or in any 4 week period thereafter. His personal BV (own purchases) will be valued at 100%. The accumulated BV in any 4 week period will be flushed at the end of the 4 weeks. The new 4 week period begins with zero BV.

Rank qualification using personal sponsored Members BVs


The BV required in any 4 week period for qualification for the Member status Basic, Bronze or Gold (150 BV, 500 BV, 2000 BV) can also be accumulated in the following manner: 1. The accumulated BV for all purchases made using the Members personal user name will be valued with 100% towards the members own qualification (upgrade) to Basic, Bronze or Gold. The accumulated BV in any 4 week period flushes and the new 4 week period begins with ZERO BV in regard to qualification purposes. The accumulated BV for all purchases made from all personally sponsored/referred SiteTalk users/ OPN Members will be valued with 25% towards the members/sponsors qualification (upgrade) to Basic, Bronze or Gold. The accumulated BV in any 4 week period flushes and the new 4 week period begins with ZERO BV in regard to qualification purposes.

Fast Track Bonus

The Fast Track Bonus is awarded to each Member that has three individual personal sponsor lines each with at least one Member with the Gold Membership status and then these three Gold Members each have three different personal sponsor lines each with three Members with the Gold Membership status. If a Member does this within his first 4 weeks, he will receive a Fast Track Bonus of 1.000 If a Member does this within his first 8 weeks, he will receive a Fast Track Bonus of 500 If a Member does this within his first 12 weeks, he will receive a Fast Track Bonus of 250 A Member can only qualify for this bonus once.

Unlimited Builder Bonus (UBB)


Once a Member reaches the level of Senior Director, they qualify to receive an UBB on all volume produced in the Network that is not under another Senior Director. This is called open volume and is paid at the end of each 13 week quarter to all Senior Directors and above. Payment levels Senior Director Vice President President 0.50% on all volume that is not under another UBB qualified Senior Director 0.50% on all volume that is not under another UBB qualified Vice President 0.25% on all volume that is not under another UBB qualified President

For example, a UBB Qualified Vice President that is building in a team where there is no UBB qualified Senior Director, he will get paid 1% (0.50% for Senior Director, 0.50% for Vice President) for all volume in that team in that quarter. Qualification requirements In order to qualify for the UBB, a Member must in each of 13 week quarter produce 10% of the volume required to reach the position to be paid for. Once qualified, the Member will get paid UBB for the following 13 week quarter. Business Loyalty Bonuses All Recognition awards for Director and above (For example Incentive Trips, Rolex awards, Cash bonus, Luxury awards and UBB) are given to Members that are building their OPN business exclusively and are not involved in any other MLM/Network marketing business. It will be at the companys discretion to publically acknowledge a Members award and achievement within the marketing plan or not. All awards within our recognition program can be changed at the companys discretion at any time with a minimum of 14 days notice
