NOTICE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER FIRST DAY PLEADINGS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 20, 2012, FastShip, Inc., FastShip Atlantic, Inc. and Thornycroft, Giles & Co., Inc. (the Debtors), by and through their undersigned counsel, filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. 101 et seq. (the Bankruptcy Code) with the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtors continue to operate their business as debtors-inpossession pursuant to sections 1107(a) and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Debtors will present the following pleadings on MARCH 22, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. (ET) before the Honorable Brendan L.
