Holdings, Inc. and National R.V., Inc., the debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned cases (the "Debtors"), concurrently have filed their applications to this Court for an order authorizing the employment of Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP ("KTB&S") as their bankruptcy counsel effective as of the commencement of this chapter 11 case; and (2) authorizing KTB&S to draw down on the remaining portion of its prepetition chapter 11 retainer in accordance with the procedures set forth below (the "Application"). The funds to compensate KTB&S will derive from a chapter 11 retainer originally in the amount of $320,000, and either cash collateral or advances under a future debtor in possession financing facility.
