Dear Minister of Justice Neeman:
Following the September 19, 2012 letter by the Ministry of Justice Freedom of
Information Officer Attorney Michal Teneh, regarding Request (46- ), (the "Request"),
pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (1988), (the "Act"), originally filed on June
27, 2012, the undersigned, Dr Joseph Zernik, forwarded to Minister Neeman a letter,
dated October 24, 2012, asking for clarifications regarding compliance, or lack thereof,
with the Act in the ongoing failure of the Minister of Justice to respond on the Request.
To this date, no response was received from Minister Neeman on the October 24, 2012
letter.
Therefore, the undersigned, Dr Joseph Zernik, kindly requests that Minister Neeman
immediately respond on the Request (46-) , pursuant to the Freedom of Information
Act (1988), alternatively, immediately explain why the ongoing failure to respond on
the Request should not be deemed in violation of the Act.
