Site Inspections: they are highly recommended - These are arranged for the Conference Planner and conducted by our Conference Organizer to facilitate in the
venue selection for the optimum success of the conference - the local costs of the site inspection are refunded to the conference contract once signed.
A Travel Escort/Assistant will assure that the delegates will receive any assistance required on arrival/departure at any Hotel, Airport or Port in Jordan
Transfers can be arranged for the arrival/departure from any Airport or Port in Jordan by coach, Privet Car or by Limousine with a Travel Escort/Assistant
Transfer by Limousine with a Travel Escort/Assistant for the leader of the conference on arrival/departure (This service is complimentary)
The set-up of a reservation form for accommodation at selected hotels in the area, with Secure Server Link (SSL) so as the delegates can make their bookings
The set-up of a contact form for communication between the delegates and the organisers
A plushy leaflet or CD with the Conference/Incentive title containing the selected hotels and area information - over 150 delegates
Full travel services for pre and post conference options, as required by the delegates
A Conference website until its closure with unlimited space to present the theme of the Conference, the programme of events and supplementary information.
Free securing and hosting of a Domain Name (title, theme of conference) with COM or JO (e.g. www.conferencename.com) & email address set-up
Provision for a special program with the following facilities:
i) Categorization of the delegates per interest area
ii) Search facility by name of delegates
iii) Bulk emailing facility for organizers per category
An Information Desk for delegate assistance staffed by our Organization at the Conference Centre to cover delegates' requirements for the duration of the
conference - This Desk will be opened 1 or 2 days prior to the conference and will remain in operation until the last delegate departs - Opening daily one hour before
the beginning of the day's sessions (This service is complimentary)
Our PCO will oversee the Conference Centre organization regarding Coffee Breaks, Receptions, and Dinners etc.
