Summary

Almost every week we watch news channels flashing news about people complaining about inactiveness of Administrative bodies, Municipal body of the city. They face hurdles in registering their complaints, improper feedback and delays in implementation plans. Hence considering these issues, this project will focus on creating an online interface which would bring together the Citizens of the city, Local Municipal authorities, Administrators and various NGOs integrating in order to remove barriers between Citizens and Administration and achieve the ultimate goal of improving the City Administration.

So the citizens of city will be able to interact with the administrative bodies and can register their complaints, share their ideas and can also get the information about all the actions taken by the Administration.

There is an additional feature in this project i.e. the citizens of city can also upload the photographs through GPRS on the website. By this the whole action process will be faster as the Citizens of city can interact directly with Administration.
