Fees and expenses are paid as each service is delivered and are non-refundable; they are for service
delivery associated with each step in the process. All fees and expenses are subject to change.
Service Fee/Expense Payment Information and Timelines
Korea Country Fees and Expenses
$21,500 through the Includes expenses paid by CHSFS on behalf of adoptive parent(s) related
traditional program: to care of children in birth country, identification, required government

Client Refund Statement


CHSFS strives to provide the best possible service while working to find families for children. Occasionally, clients will have a
reason that they are not able to complete the adoption process and will ask for a refund of the fees paid to CHSFS. Please
be aware that refunds cannot be given for work that had been completed. Partial refunds of the agency coordination fee
may be returned based on services provided. Country fee refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis, based on work
completed. All requests for refunds must be put in writing to the Director of Family Formation.
