BSP- 29: Mars implements its 4th aspect in the 32nd year. Let us illustrate the Marss 4th aspect in the 32nd year technique by taking a few charts. Chart 1: Mars in 10H DOB: 5-Sept-1972; TOB: 11:04:00 Hrs (+05.30 east); POB: Ranchi, India; 85 E 42, 23 N 21.

a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Sep-2003 to Sep-2004. b) Mars in this chart is LL and 6L posited in the 10H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Scorpio which is the first house for this native. Now see where the Lord of 1st House is sitting. For Mars, Scorpio happens to be his own house and is posited in the 10H with the 10L (Karma) Sun and 11L (earnings) Mercury. There was a great improvement in his career in the 32nd year. c) As per Sarvartha Chintamani profession is also seen from the 1H. Also, the natural karaka for karma, i.e. Saturn is aspecting the focus house (1H in this chart). So as per our Mars BSP-29, the native gained great success in his career in his 32nd year. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life.

e) Jupiter is 2L and 5L in this chart and with his 5th aspect implements itself in the 6H of Aries in the 32nd year. Again, the lord of Aries (Mars) is posited in the 10H of career/profession/ karma and hence, the native experienced success related to the significations of the 1oH. When you combine 2-3 BSPs together you get better clues to interpret an event. Chart 2: Mars in 8H DOB: 24-Jun-1958; TOB: 10:30:00 Hrs (+5.30 east); POB: Delhi, India; 77 E 13, 28 N 40.

a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Jun-1989 to Jun-1990. b) Mars is 4L and 9L in this chart and is posited in the 8H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Gemini which is the 11H for this native. LL Sun is posited with the 11L Mercury. c) 11H is also 8th from 4H of Mother. Hence, 11th also indicates the longevity of the mother. Additionally, natural karaka for mother is Moon who is placed in the house of Mercury who in turn is aspected by Mars & Mars himself aspects Moon. As a result, in early 1990 in the natives 32nd year his mother expired. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life. e) Jupiter in this case is also 8L, and implements in the 6H of Capricorn as per BSP-11. a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Aug-1994 to Aug-1995. b) Mars is 2L and 9L in this chart and is posited in the 7H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Sagittarius which is the 10H for this native. The change karaka Ketu is posited there. The Lord of Sagittarius, retro Jupiter (child) is posited in the 1H. c) In October 1994, this natives wife underwent a caesarian and their 2nd child was born. But, due to medical complications in the delivery, the child did not survive. Here the indication of the karaka is somewhat roundabout. Here Mars aspects the 10H whose lord Jupiter, being karaka for children receives the aspect of Saturn placed in the 7H of maraka from 5H of children. Ketu the destiny spoiler in the focus house has also played his part here. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life e) In this chart, retro Jupiter with its 5th aspect implements in the 5H of children in the 32nd year of the native. Venus 3L and 8L is posited with the 6L of AkalaMrityu (untimely death) Sun in this 5H, 5L is placed in 3H of death which led to the loss of their child. Chart 4: Mars in 8H DOB: 08-Jul-1960; TOB: 10:42:00 Hrs (+05.30 east); POB: Muzzafarpur, India 85 E 24, 26 N 7.

a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Jul-1991 to Jul-1992. b) Mars is 3L and 8L in this chart and is posited in the 8H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Cancer which is the 11H for this native. Retro Mercury LL and 10L is posited in the 11H of gains/ fulfilment of desires. The Lord of Cancer Moon is posited in the 4H with Jupiter (7L) and Rajyogakara Saturn. c) The native in early 1992 started his own business (11H indicates earnings) in his 32nd and also got married in the same year. Note, 11H indicates also spouse as per Bhrihat Parashara Hora Shastra. Also the 7L Jupiter is joined by the lord of the focus house Moon. Natural karaka Venus is aspected by the dispositor of the focus house as also by the 7L. Again the 2L of finance and family Venus is aspected by the 11L indicating profits or gains in business. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life. e) In this chart, since Jupiter is retro it is also considered to be occupying the previous sign as well, i.e. Scorpio in this case. Hence, as per BSP-11 Jupiter implements in the 7H of marriage and business for this native. As Pisces is its own house and since he is posited in the Sukh Bhava of 4H the native was blessed with all around happiness in his 32nd year. Chart 5: Mars in 9H DOB: 13-May-1965; TOB: 23:09:00 Hrs (+05.30 east); POB: Akot, India; 77 E 3, 21 N 5.

a) The 32nd year for this native operates from May-1996 to May-1997. b) Mars is 5L and 12L in this chart and is posited in the 9H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Scorpio which is the 12H for this native. Ketu the destiny breaker is posited in the 12H of loss. The Lords of Scorpio are Mars and Ketu. Mars is posited in the 9H (long journey, fortune). Ketu is posited in his own 12H of losses, expenditure and bankruptcy. c) In early 1997 this native set out from his home (long journey) to come to Mumbai to start his new business, but he got cheated and had to face a huge loss. See the placement of Rahu in the 6H and its aspect on the focus house (12H in this case) indicating cheating, treachery, etc. Saturns aspect on the 12H also has a say in the journey undertaken by the native. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life. e) So as per BSP-11, Jupiter implements in the 10H of this native with its 5th aspect. The 10L Mercury is in 5H with 9L Sun. This is a very good combination in the native chart. But observe, 10L is heavily afflicted by aspect of 8L Moon and 3L Saturn. Hence the native had to suffer losses which should have supposedly been favourable due to placement of 10L with 9L. a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Nov-1992 to Nov-1993. b) Mars is 3L and 10L in this chart and is posited in the 10H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Aquarius which is the 1H for this native. The Lords of Aquarius are Saturn and Rahu. Saturn (LL) is posited in the 12H (hospitalisation) with Jupiter and Ketu (destiny breaker). Rahu (LL) is posited in the 6H of illness, diseases, and enemies. c) In early 1993, in the natives 32nd year the native suffering from great mental problems. The native had to be hospitalised to be treated for his mental illness. Chart 7: Mars in the 11H DOB: 25-Oct-1077; TOB: 04:35:00 Hrs (+05.30 east); POB: Ranchi, India; 85 E 20, 23 N21.

a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Oct-2008 to Oct-2009. b) Mars is 3L and 8L in this chart and is posited in the 11H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Libra which is the 2H for this native. Sun, which is 12L is posited therein with LL Mercury. The Lord of Libra (Venus) is posited in the 1H with Rahu (also the karaka for paternal grandfather). c) The native made huge gains in his 32nd year by selling his grandfathers property in August 2009. Since, Venus 2L (finance) and 9L (fortune and wealth) is in parivartan yog with Mercury which is LL, the native made a windfall by selling his inheritance. See the aspect of Jupiter, karaka for finance on the 2H which is the focus house. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life. e) So note that, retro Jupiter implements its 5th aspect in the 2H of wealth. As explained above, 2L Venus is in parivartan with LL Mercury, giving him huge gains. Chart 8: Mars in 8H DOB: 27-Oct-1971; TOB: 01:05:00 Hrs (+05.30 east); POB: Jammu, India; 74 E 52, 32 N 44.

a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Oct-2002 to Oct-2003. b) Mars is 5L and 10L in this chart and is posited in the 8H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Taurus which is the 11H for this native. Retro Saturn, which is 7L is posited in Taurus. The Lord of Taurus (Venus) is posited in the 4H with 2L Sun and Mercury shows some addition to their home or to their family. c) 7H shows second child birth. Saturn the 7L is posited in the 11H where Mars aspects in the 32nd year. Additionally, the 11H which is the focus house receives the aspect of Jupiter, Karaka for children. 11H as per BPHS Chapter 11 is also indicator of spouse and child. Saturns aspect on the 5H were Jupiter is placed and also on the 5L Mars, he confirms birth of a child. Hence, this native had the birth of his second daughter in March 2003. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life. e) Jupiter is 9L (Bhagyapathi), seated in the 5H and implements himself in his own house of Pisces (by 5th aspect) as per BSP-11, note 9H is the secondary house of children being 5th from 5th (bhavat bhavam). Since Jupiter is karaka for children and being posited in the 5H of children gave the birth of his 2nd daughter in his 32nd year. Chart 9: Mars in 8H DOB: 09-Aug-1959; TOB: 18:30:00 Hrs (+05.30 east); POB: Patna, India; 81 E 46, 27 N 50.

a) The 32nd year for this native operates from Aug-1990 to Aug-1991. b) Mars is 4L and 11L in this chart and is posited in the 8H. In the 32nd year, Mars aspects the 4H from itself, i.e. Scorpio which is the 11H for this native. For Mars, Scorpio happens to be his own house and is posited in the 8H (illness, confinement) with the 10L (Karma) Sun and 11L (earnings) Mercury. c) Note Mars being 4L is seated in 8H which shows some untoward event in the natives life. On 28th May 1991 the native was abducted by dacoits. Also note, for kidnapping 12H also has a role to play. Here Saturn is LL of self and the Maraka Lord (also 2L). The dispositor of this retro Saturn is Jupiter who aspects natal Mars by Rasi Drishti. The focus house (Scorpio) lord is also Mars and hence the event. d) Also, BSP-11 postulate states Jupiter will implement its 5th aspect in the 5th house from the place it is located in the 32nd year of a natives life. e) Here, Jupiter is 3H (12th from 4H Exit from Home) and 12L (Bondage) is posited in 10H and implements with its 5th aspect in the 2H of family in the 32nd year of the native. The lord of the 2nd in this chart is retro Saturn which is seated again in the 12H, shows the person went away from his family (abducted by dacoits, in this case). It can be seen that we have used BSP-11 in this article as a potent tool to validate the promise shown by BSP-29. Practicing this technique on a numerous charts will give one the mastery and confidence to decipher the outcome of a given year without the need to cross-verify it with another BSP. Hence, readers are advised to rigorously test this technique with an open mind before accepting it.
