    Watertown Native Joins Community Foundation Staff Max DelSignore recently was named Coordinator of Donor Services for the Northern New York Community Foundation. Mr. DelSignore is a Watertown native and a graduate of SUNY Oswego and Buffalo State. Before joining the Foundation, he was an associate director of annual giving at St. Lawrence University. This is an exceptional opportunity to assist in the continued growth of the Foundation. It is remarkable to see the meaningful contributions made to the Foundation that benefit communities in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties. To play a small role in building upon what the organization has achieved in just the past few years is a humbling honor, said Mr. DelSignore In his new position, he will be responsible for stewarding current and future donor relationships. He will also help to increase awareness of the full range of services the Community Foundation has available for donors. In addition to individual and corporate and business donors, the Foundation administers several funds on behalf of nonprofit organizations and school districts. We are fortunate to find someone with both experience in relationship and partnership building as well as a deep passion for the North Country, said Rande S. Richardson, executive director. Since 1929, the Northern New York Community Foundation, Inc. has managed and administered a permanent endowment and funds for the benefit of the community and support of the quality of life in Northern New York. Through the generosity of donors, the Foundation makes grants to support the work of non-profit organizations and provides scholarships to individuals in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties.
