Large-Scale Project Management Directed move of entire campus to a $20 million, state-of-the-art facility in Livingston, NJ, including the implementation of new technologies. CENTENARY COLLEGE Hackettstown, NJ 1995-2003 CIO / VP / Director Recruited and hired by the Board of Trustees to design and implement digital infrastructure in order to support 150% growth and catapult the colleges competitive position. Promoted twice based on exemplary performance and results.

Knowledge Base System Redesign Improved the colleges financial and competitive position by leading redesign of the institutions enterprise knowledge base system, with system subsequently highlighted by the Microsoft Corporation on their website and in Microsoft Press.

Campus Development Designed and managed private, 300-acre wireless campus 802.11 primed to support 2,000+ laptops at any given time. Oversaw reengineering of technological and infrastructure frameworks as well as security enhancement (implemented security standards and set up security framework). BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD Newark, NJ 1987-1995 New Technologies Manager / Lead Analyst Promoted rapidly from among 150 in-house applicants to New Technologies Manager position. Hand-selected by the CIO and CEO for key initiatives.

Solutions Development Designed system to obtain and organize members group benefits information in an easy-to-follow format (including online access to 1,800 users), resolving prior customer issues. Process Improvement Developed Automated Voice Response System for the Hospital division that provided all state and national hospitals with automated data. Reduced call and wait time, decreased staff expenditures, improved accuracy, and ensured timeliness of data as a result.

Large-Scale Project Leadership Directed programming team of 65 and oversaw JAD sessions over 5-month period (comprised of 125 employees) as the Project Manager for the Applications Development team in designing New Membership System and Interface Systems within New Claims System. Systems still in use today.
