GENERAL SUMMARY: The Dynamics PAM (tele Partner Account Manager) is responsible for driving business and opportunity conversations with Dynamics partners to increase closed revenue and net new customer adds thru the identified partners . ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build and maintain stronger partner relationship * Drive Partner Connections Facilitate partner interactions with various (and appropriate) Product, Services and Marketing groups within Microsoft, as well as routing all out of scope questions & concerns to appropriate Microsoft teams * Heavy Pipeline & Deal Focus Pipeline/Deal focus with all regionally owned Dynamics Partners with required GSX opportunity entry for every deal * Customer Focus Engage in joint calls between customer & partner ensuring; all deliverables are met, appropriate resources are engaged, followup meetings are scheduled, and solution plans are in place * Utilize Microsoft Promotion(s) Utilize promotions in market to help accelerate and close opportunities * Cross-Sell / Up-Sell Pitch CRM/ERP into existing pipeline through partner engagement & sign-off * Engage Competitive Resources Engage CompHot, NAPS, and Field Resources in all competitive deals * Sales Forecasting Focus Work closely with the partners for accurate forecasting and increased visibility into pipeline. * Maintain a streamlined opportunity management process * Continually develop communication skills for higher level of effectiveness * Develop awareness of customer needs and expectations * Share product knowledge, problem causes, sales methods, and resolutions with other team members * Utilize various software applications to optimize efficiency and performance QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Self-Management persistent & self-reliant - acts responsibly & chooses ethical courses of action * Teamwork contributes to group efforts & projects an enthusiastic attitude * Computer - uses to acquire, organize, analyze and communicate information * Communication Strong interpersonal communication skills EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: * Graduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience * 4-6 years sales experience telesales, outside sales, or inside sales ( preferably in ERP ) * Experience asking open-ended questions and skilled in up/cross-selling techniques * Partner management experience a plus * Presentation skills/experience a MUST * Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions preferred * Some travel may be required
