It is great to see for the first time in Bangladesh a preliminary round online contest comprising 400++ oever teams with your warm hands. Now couple of instructions which are very essential for each one of you: 1. The preliminary round contest is on Saturday 10 November, 2012 Time:3:00pm to 08:00pm on LightOJ (www.lightOJ.com) 2. Participation [doing contest in LightOJ] platform in preliminary round will be considered as the entry qualification for Dhaka Regional 2012 3. Participation [doing contest in LightOJ] will be recognized through ACM-ICPC certificate 4. Each submission will be judged online in the LightOJ platform and final rank list will be created and will be available at the contest site http://icpcdhaka2012.daffodilvarsity.edu.bd 5. Each team is requested to do the contest at the respective university with all supports. In this regard, coaches are requested to extend necessary co-operations. 6. During online contest, for any clarifications, you are requested to send email to dhakaprelim@gmail.com 7. If you did not get "Account ID" and/or "Password" in your email account on or before Friday 8 November by mid-night or your "Account ID" / "password" do not match and you can not login into LightOJ, then send email at dhakaprelim@gmail.com. Please send your team registration form in email (scan and send image or pdf copy) if you have not or could not submit the TEAM registraion form on or before Saturday 09 November 2012 by 03:00pm in order to ensure the verification of teams for preliminary

10. This is to inform you also that all the codes (your submissions) will be openned to public based on situation after the preliminary round contest. 11. After 13 November 2012, teams will be informed to settle the payment for registration (BDT 5,000) within 25 November 2012 either through CASH or PAYORDER payable to "Daffodil International University" 12.
