How President Obama Disarmed the American Public Project Renegade

THE EXTENTS A PRESIDENT WILL TAKE An understanding of how Obama succeeded in disarming America requires a back story on FDR. Franklin D. Roosevelt, January 30, 1882 April 12, 1945, known by his initials, FDR, was the 32nd President of the United States (19331945). FDR was the only person elected to the office of the President four times. After his death in 1945, the office of the President was issued term limits, not to exceed two terms. FDRs four terms were during a time of worldwide economic depression and near global war. He worked closely with Winston Churchill and Joseph Stalin (communist) in leading the Allies against Germany and Japan in World War II, but died just before the allies victory. In his first hundred days in office, Roosevelt spearheaded major legislation and issued a profusion of executive orders that instituted the New Deala variety of social programs designed to produce relief (these were government jobs, many coined Shovel Ready Jobs for the unemployed), recovery (economic growth), and reform (through regulation of Wall Street, banks and transportation). Obama himself took a lesson from Roosevelt and used these exact same words and implemented the same recovery techniques as Roosevelt to address the economic problems in our country. Executive Orders are an action that a President may take when congress isnt working for the President. The economy improved significantly from 1933 to 1937, then experienced a relapsed into a very deep recession. The bipartisan congress terminated many of the relief programs when unemployment could no longer be funded during World War II. During his tenure, Roosevelt imposed numerous crushing regulations on business and industry. Some other programs still exist being the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which was created in 1933, and Social Security Act, which was created in 1935. With strong national support, he made war on Japan and Germany after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, calling it a "date which will live in infamy". However, this strong national support for war was developed overnight. Allowing Japan to Attack Pearl Harbor In the 1940s, the Americans still felt the pain of WWI, the war to end all wars (1914 1918) which saw a total of 9.4 million combat deaths. Additionally, Americans were experiencing their own pains and sorrows with the depression and didnt want anything to do with the war between China and Japan, and Germany against the rest of Europe and Russia.

A common theme America was for the U.S. to be neutral. Roosevelt however, he wanted war. Roosevelt understood that a war would reduce the population, spur industry, and give Americans a focus on subjects other than their own problems at home. Obama, a scholar of FDR, understood that FDR not only allowed the Japanese to attack Pearl Harbor, FDR instigated the attack, and then allowed it to happen. While this is historically accurate, most history books have not introduced the recently declassified documents allowing the entire picture to be put together. As early as 1939, FDR had directed two of his most trusted naval officers, Captains Walter Anderson and Dudley Knox to research what actions would be required to make the Japanese attack the Americans. The task of the research was restricted to one Far East Intelligence Officer, being Lieutenant Commander Arthur H. McCollum. The McCollum Memorandum written 7 October 1940 and declassified in 1994 detailed the steps necessary to provoke the Japanese into attacking the United States; it is also known as the 8 Step Letter. Some of the details and steps excerpted from the memorandum are as follows: 9. It is not believed that in the present state of political opinion the United States government is capable of declaring war against Japan without more ado; and it is barely possible that vigorous action on our part might lead the Japanese to modify their attitude. Therefore, the following course of action is suggested: A. Make an arrangement with Britain for the use of British bases in the Pacific, particularly Singapore. B. Make an arrangement with Holland for the use of base facilities and acquisition of supplies in the Dutch East Indies. C. Give all possible aid to the Chinese government of Chiang-Kai-Shek. D. Send a division of long range heavy cruisers to the Orient, Philippines, or Singapore. E. Send two divisions of submarines to the Orient. F. Keep the main strength of the U.S. fleet now in the Pacific in the vicinity of the Hawaiian Islands. G. Insist that the Dutch refuse to grant Japanese demands for undue economic concessions, particularly oil. H. Completely embargo all U.S. trade with Japan, in collaboration with a similar embargo imposed by the British Empire. 10. If by these means Japan could be led to commit an overt act of war, so much the better. At all events we must be fully prepared to accept the threat of war. - H. McCollum 3

Roosevelt followed these steps like a road map. After following these provocative steps, even while America economically struggled, the amount of funding and support FDR gave China was amazing. FDR also began channel supplies to the Chinese through Burma. This consisted primarily of supplies to support American air operations in China. Supplies were flown over the Himalaya Mountains which pilots called the hump. Numerous Americans pilots died taking supplies to the Chinese through the treacherous pass with high winds subzero temperatures. In addition, the United States launched an effort to provided China a modern air defense--the American Volunteer Group (Flying Tigers), the aircrafts were transported to Asia on U.S. Aircraft Carriers to further perplex the Japanese. Its main task was to protect the Burma Road. President Roosevelt signed an executive order in 1940 which permitted U.S. military personnel to resign so that they could participate in a covert operation to support China (May 1940). The All Volunteer Group formed became known as Chennault's Flying Tigers. This infuriated the Japanese. While these American operations to support the Chinese against the Japanese were being conducted, FDR prepared America with a series of Executive Orders. In all 309 Executive Orders were signed in 1940. More than 30 of these EOs were to withdraw land from public use, some for the explicit purpose of establishing gunning and bombing ranges. Other sections of withdrawn land would later become prison camps. Some of the telling Executive Orders are: Executive Order 8320 Amending the Description of the Area Military Reservation; Territory of Hawaii Executive Order 8321 Establishing the Battery Cove Military Reservation; Virginia Executive Order 8337 Placing Certain Lands Under the Control and Jurisdiction of the Navy Department, the War Department, and the United States Public Health Service; Puerto Rico Executive Order 8354 Fort Kobbe Military Reservation; Canal Zone Executive Order 8378 Establishing an Airspace Reservation Over a Portion of the District of Columbia Executive Order 8381 Defining Certain Vital Military and Naval Installations and EquipmentThis EO actually gave the President authority to usurp civilian ports for fleet purposes. Executive Order 8594 Ordering Certain Units and Members of the National Guard of the United States Into the Active Military Service of the United States In 1941, The FDR signed more than 383 Executive orders, much like the ones from 1940, these Executive Orders served to prepare a nation for war. More than 40 Executive Orders pertained to Withdraw of land, many for military purposes. 4

More National Guard were required to go on active duty with: Executive Order 8627 Ordering Certain Units and Members of the National Guard of the United States Into the Active Military Service of the United States All the while FDR was preparing the nation for war simply through Executive Orders, Roosevelt offered a peace initiative with the Japanese that wasnt peaceful. The below is an excerpt from the peace initiative which essentially required Japan to stop all combat operations with everyone and directed Japan how to run its county, but imposed no restrictions on the United States. Steps To Be Taken by the Government of the United States and by the Government of Japan in the Peace InitiativeThe Government of the United States and the Government of Japan propose to take steps as follows: The Government of the United States and the Government of Japan will endeavor to conclude a multilateral non-aggression pact among the British Empire, China, Japan, the Netherlands, the Soviet Union, Thailand and the United States. Both Governments will endeavor to conclude among the American, British, Chinese, Japanese, the Netherland and Thai Governments would pledge itself to respect the territorial integrity of French Indochina and, in the event that there should develop a threat to the territorial integrity of Indochina, to enter into immediate consultation with a view to taking such measures as may be deemed necessary and advisable to meet the threat in question. Such agreement would provide also that each of the Governments party to the agreement would not seek or accept preferential treatment in its trade or economic relations with Indochina and would use its influence to obtain for each of the signatories equality of treatment in trade and commerce with French Indochina. The Government of Japan will withdraw all military, naval, air and police forces from China and from Indochina. The Government of the United States and the Government of Japan will not support militarily, politically, economically - any government or regime in China other than the National Government of the Republic of China with capital temporarily at Chungking. Roosevelt was taking every provocative step possible as outlined in the McCollum Letter, and closed the deal with a Peace Offering that no country could accept. Roosevelt knew the attack was coming, he even provoked it.

While this document was dispatched- The Japanese fleet was being tracked coming across the Pacific Ocean toward Hawaii. Roosevelt was given daily updates on the Japanese location. All of the newer U.S. ships and aircraft carriers were ordered out of Pearl Harbor and out to sea. In fact, the aircraft carriers were working on provoking Japan by delivering more aircraft to bases in Pacific. Roosevelt took care to protect our newer ships. When the attack or Pearl Harbor took place, the only targets in the harbor were older WWI era ships. In terms of their battle worthiness against newer modern Japanese ships, our older WWI era ships were not really a lossbut the psychological impact of sinking them was huge on the American population. No new ships to sink, no aircraft carriers to crush. This was a significant disappointment for the Japanese. Just 104 years earlier, Americans were saying Remember the Alamo The words Remember Pearl Harbor were on the lips of everyone this day. Americans were outraged that we could be attacked, they were ready to fight, and Roosevelt had his war to rebuild the economy. Eleanor Roosevelt wrote in her newspaper column, We knew it was coming. But the rest of the country didnt know. Franklin D. Roosevelt is most certainly the worst criminal in American history; he allowed 2,403 Americans to die for a particular political agenda. As Obama studied the history of FDR, he not only found that the numbers of people scarified for an ideal to be acceptable, he found FDRs ability to galvanize an entire nation to act on something it had previously opposed to be brilliant. Another lesson Obama took from FDR was the power of an Executive Order. Executive Order 9066 was a United States presidential executive order signed and issued during World War II by FDR on February 19, 1942, authorizing the Secretary of War to prescribe certain areas as military zones. This facilitated the relocation of Japanese Americans to internment camps. No due process, no charges, just 140,000 humans taken away and locked away in camps. Roosevelt just bypassed the Constitution without congressional authority and signed these American Japanese people- elderly, men, women, and children into prison camps. To review the actual camps, internment was a nice word. These were actually prison camps and half of those people incarcerated for the four years were children who were born in America.

OBAMA DISARMING AMERICA Developing the Plan to Disarm the American People Obama had presented an incredible presidential campaign which was based on dividing and conquering. Obama largely supported and encouraged the Occupy Movement which was pivotal to the social revolution Obama helped create, with a message of Hope and Change. In this action, the 1% were demonized and it helped to united a fractured democrat party with very loud far left liberals, religious and gun owning moderate democrats, independents, and even poorer republicans saw meaning in this grander picture of the very wealthy as being the bad guy. In this, Obama galvanized many splintered factions to put down their differences and focus togetheract in solidarity and elect him into office. To disarm the American people would be even more challenging. The gun owners of America are conservatives, republicans, and even moderate democrats. It would take a significant tragedy to impact emotions on a huge scale to make Americans as a whole change their position on an issue overnight, a tragedy much like that of Pearl Harbor used by FDR. It was a July 7th, 2009 with Leon Panetta was summoned to the White House to see President Obama. The summons was ominous as it didnt identify any subject matter; nothing to help Panetta prepare for the meeting. Panetta had enjoyed a pleasant 4th of July weekend with his family and, was back to business and curious to learn what brings him to the Puzzle Palace. His car arrived at the Northwest Appointment gate and took the first right to the West Wing. Stepping out, Panetta paused to admire the day, mid 80s, it didnt seem right to go back indoors but he pushed through the walkway and was greeted good afternoon Mr. Panetta by a Secret Service, that it is Panetta responded. Walking through the waiting room and into the secretarys office, Betty Currie greeted Mr. Panetta and said I will let the President know you are here. Thanks Betty responded Panetta who took a seat and realized he was getting fur on his grey suit from Socks. Socks was the cat that Clintons had abandoned at the White House, the cat passed away some five months earlier, but his fur was still everywhere. Wiping his pants off Panetta was called to the office and Obama said Thanks for coming Leon. Panetta thought- Did I have a choice? but responded Thanks for having me Mr. President. Obama sat in the center seating area and gestured to the chair across from him while saying have a seat. While working in classified sound-proof bubbles are not uncommon for Panetta, he always finds the up-armored and sound proofed stillness and quiet of the Oval Office unsettling. The ideal pleasant conversation ensued wherein Obama said It looks nice out there. Panetta replied, it is he continued to lament that he needs to get out more, Obama commiserated. Then Obama leaned forward and asked Panetta in a very dry tone- Have you ever read the McCollum Letter? Panetta replied, No, but Im familiar with it. Obama knew Panetta was the person to come to, because the CIAs Psychological Warfare Section would be needed for the task at hand. Obama went on to explain I need a game plana game changer; like the McCollum Letter, except the end object is to galvanize America into civil disarmament. Panetta replied Thats a tuff sale Mr. President. Obama retorted I just want results, and I expect a very small compartmentalized footprint. I want to see the plan within the next 30 days. Obama stood up indicating that the conversation was finished, Panetta quickly stood while saying Yes sir. As Panetta turned to the door, Obama said Thanks for coming. 9

RENEGADE PLAN Back at Langley, Panetta perused the dossiers of the Psychological Warfare Section. With no real parameters of what he was looking for, then Adam Welsh stood out at him. Welsh had been a career Psychological Operation soldier, or what they call PSYOP. After basic training and airborne school, Welsh had attended the U.S. Army Special Warfare Center and School or USASWC, at Fort Bragg, NC where he earned the PSYOP Military Occupational Specialty. He completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at Campbell University over the period of nine years between deployments in hostile fire areas. What made Welsh the ideal candidate was his older brothers violent murder. The purpose of Psychological Operations is to alter the attitudes and behaviors of a specific target audience, its a lot like marketing, but can employ any method to affect the vulnerabilities of the target audience. The militarys PSYOP can only be used on foreign targets and relies on White PSYOP which is based entirely on truth. The CIAs PSYOP can operate overseas, or in the U.S as needed, and may use White or Black PSYOP. Black PSYOP can be based entirely on lies; typically with elements of truth for credibility. Panetta called Welsh to his office and directed him to use the McCollum Letter as an example and create a plan that when implemented, would ultimately result in American civilians wanting civilian disarmament. Panetta gave Welsh 20 days to develop the PSYOP Campaign and present it to him; he further directed that the plan was compartmentalized. Welsh returned to his cube, sent an email to his supervisor that he had been assigned a compartmentalized project and had 20 days to complete it. Welsh was in his mid-50s, well groomed greying hair, a picture of his wife and two sons in their early 20s mounted to the wall of his cube. Almost the same age as his two sons was a picture of his older brothera tragic end that Welsh will never forget The project had to start by looking up the McCollum Letter as Welsh realized he didnt have clue what it was or what it was about. Welsh spent the rest of the day reading the McCollum Letter, its origins, and how Roosevelt had followed it to the lettera horrible piece of pure genius. To apply this model to America civil disarmament, this must be an exercise he thought, but to what end. Why would Panetta personally assign it to him? Why didnt he use the chain of command, it all seemed awkward. Welsh pondered the thought throughout the mostly sleepless night The next day, back in his cube, he began to designate the target audiences in the campaign being liberals, moderate democrats, independents, republicans, and conservatives. That was easy, then he kicked back in his chair and pondered the difficult partwhat would unite these five target audiences for a common goal of civil disarmament. Welsh combed his usual news sources for ideas, CNN, Fox News, NY Times, SF Gate, Chicago Tribune, BAD BLUE, Aljazeera. Everything was inundated with the gloom and doom of the economy and the death of Michael Jackson, nothing else mattered. He stopped and stared at the pictures of his family- his dead brother, his two children and wife, in that moment he understood that all of the target audiences are humans and have a common vulnerability being death, and they are susceptible to themes of violent death. Welsh typed with a great fervor developing the vulnerabilities and susceptibilities of the common target audience, only pausing for short periods of research. Over the period of the next 10 days, this 10

began to develop into a list, that when employed, would achieve the desired psychological objective of America civil disarmament. 1. Demonstrate that the Government cannot control guns when civilians are involvedtragic consequencesthis will begin the dialog of gun control a. Coordinate a failed gun sting b. Lost guns are used to commit murder in a mostly conservative area 2. Identify no less than 10 psychologically unstable young men with clean criminal backgrounds a. Assign each of the young men a handler b. The handlers shall be responsible for funding the acquisition of firearms c. The handlers shall be responsible for violent crime scenario development that must contain mass shootings for the most media impact. These acts should consist of following scenarios: i. The public assassination of a respected politician with multiple other victims in a mass shooting ii. Confined space mass shooting of crowded area such as a mall or movie theater iii. Confined space mass shooting of children in a classroom 3. Convince a liberal politician to reintroduce the assault weapons ban while the public is still in an emotionally vulnerable position. Expand the ban to include many pistols and high capacity magazines 4. Develop weapons buy-back programs 5. Encourage the media to demonize gun owners 6. After laws have been enacted against gun ownership, develop a the good neighbor program wherein neighbors are encouraged and rewarded for reporting gun owning neighbors.

Im Adam Welsh. When I developed the Renegade Plan, I had no idea that President Obama would actually order Project Renegade. As of February 5th, 2013, there are probably five remaining gunmen that have not been activated under Project Renegade
