Because of the horric conditions of the Earth during the Hadean eon it is not likely that life existed at all.

The term Hadean is derived from the word Hades which means hellish. And it denitely was.

ENVIROMENT OF THE HADEAN

Our time machines are going to have to be very special and unique, for our tour of the Hadean is going to be one in which we never leave our craft, and we never are exposed in any way to the outside environment.

The Earth was still forming during the Hadean Period, which meant that many geologic processes were still taking place.
