HOME- WORK ASSIGNMENT Please answer all of the following questions in a note book and bring the note book with you to the training. 1. Look back through your life and write about the significant high and low events that you have experienced in the areas of Love, Happiness and Health. Write about specific circumstances that you have experienced both positive and negative. Do not be concerned about your experiences being right, wrong, moral, immoral, good or bad. Just write truthfully and just the way it was. Write honestly without concern for what others may judge about it. Dont explain why you did it. We do not want any justifications about what you did, why you did. Avoid because statements . Instead of saying I dont work at the office because my boss takes credit for what I do, just say I dont work in the office. Write truth and not excuses, you are not required to show this to any one.
