The present study will examine the extent to which employee attitudes and beliefs about training influence pre-training motivation and transfer of training perceptions. Specifically, we will explore how the reputation of the training program, the degree of perceived managerial support, and the level of self-efficacy influence trainees pre-training motivation and perceived training transfer.
