Calculating the blasting cost and budget (monthly and weekly) to pay for blasting contractor. Making budget plan and forecast for drilling and blasting for 2010 includes drilling parameter, blasting parameter, quantities and cost for drilling and blasting. Making and analysing some projects which are related with drilling and blasting such as Plascon installation (stemming tube), blasting by using electronic surface delays (icon / Orica Products) and analysis of some AN products (by analysing velocity of destination, density, caking analysis). Presenting to the technical superintendent, manager, supply team about drilling, blasting and project activities. Communicating with field supervisor, short-term engineers, shift superintendent, survey team for controlling the pit sequences. Co-ordinating the bravo team and the drilling team for ensuring the drilling and blasting plan. Making drilling pattern from boundary blasting plan Making blasting design (tie-up and blast parameter) for blasting plan to ensure good blasting quality (fragmentation, air blast, ground vibration, etc).

Key Responsibilities or Achievements Co-ordinating, making and analysing the report for daily, monthly and weekly of Thiess, PAMA and Darma Henwa Performance. Calculating and analysing quantities of OB and coal volume based on survey each month. Calculating, reviewing and analysing monthly claim from TCI and PAMA based on contract agreement between KPC and contractors. Making and releasing progress claim confirmation or payment cost for TCI and PAMA based on analysing the claim every month. Co-ordinating , reviewing and ensuring the TCI coal product processing or coal flow with coal mining department and marketing based on coal mined plan and actual (weekly and monthly), stockpile quantities (in-pit, ROM and port stockpiles) and coal shipping Analysing and reviewing the changing of TCI and PAMA base rate every year based on escalation. Calculating and making the budget and forecast plan for Thiess Contractor Indonesia from blasting and drilling (blasting and drilling quantities and costs), mining sequences and other details which is related to TCI plan. Reserving and doing scheduling the pit sequences for making forecast or budget using MINEX 6.04.
